Hamas calls on its members to commit war crimes

Beirut - Sheikh Saleh Aruri, member of the Political Bureau of Hamas and the official in charge of the prisoners’ file, said that there is lack of action towards the cause of the 27 MPs who are detained in the occupation prisons.

"We are ready to sacrifice everything for the MPs who have been detained by the occupation and for all the prisoners. Our only solution is to detain Zionist soldiers so that we can achieve freedom for the Palestinian prisoners (through prisoner-exchange deals) because we failed to get the released through the negotiations that lasted twenty years" Aruri confirmed.

That's merely a war crime and a grave breach of the Geneva Conventions, so don't expect any international human rights organizations to denounce Aruri.
