Amnesty Israel's rebuttal to the "genocide" slander

When Amnesty issued its "genocide report," Amnesty Israel published a rebuttal. It was hardly a pro-IDF analysis, but it showed how the "genocide" charge was without legal basis.

Amnesty never responded. Instead, it dismantled the Israel branch of Amnesty. 

As a result, the amnesty.org.il domain is gone and so is Amnesty Israel's rebuttal.

While I disagree with much of its analysis, the refutation of Amnesty's genocide charge is as good as any you are likely to see.  And since it is no longer available via search engines, I'm publishing the entire report here.
