The United States ranked 14th and Canada 15th.
Only 95 countries were ranked this year.
The happiest Arab countries are Saudi Arabia (21) and the UAE (27.)
Countries that were the least happy in the region include Iran (77), Turkey (78), Morocco (80), Iraq (81), Tunisia (82), Egypt (87) and Jordan (93).
