From Ian:

Jordan policeman kills 3, including 2 Americans
A Jordanian policeman opened fire Monday on foreign trainers at a police compound, killing two Americans and a South African before being shot dead, the government spokesman said.
The shooter also wounded two Americans and four Jordanians, one of them critically, said the spokesman, Mohammed Momani.
The motive was not immediately clear. Momani described the shooter as an “attacker” and said he committed a “crime,” but did not say whether authorities considered the fatal shooting a terror attack.
The shooting, at a police training camp on the outskirts of the Jordanian capital, raises questions about Jordan’s image as an island of relative stability in a turbulent region.
Over the past year, the pro-Western kingdom has taken on a high-profile role in the fight against extremists, including the Islamic State group, which controls large areas of neighboring Iraq and Syria. There has been concern that militants could carry out revenge attacks on Jordanian soil.
Bassam Tawil: Palestinians: A World of Lies, Deception and Fabrications
The only astonishing thing is that Abbas and the Palestinian leaders continue to refer to their wave of terrorism and bloodbath as a "peaceful, popular uprising."
The terrorists were doubtless inspired by their president's words. It is this kind of officially-sanctioned rhetoric that encourages young Palestinians to stab the first Jew they see.
This is not only a mountainous lie; it is an attempt on the part of the Palestinian Authority leadership to deceive the world into believing that Israeli security forces killed these poor innocent terrorists who were merely part of a peaceful protest. These "innocent" Palestinian men and women were "merely" in the process of trying to stab people to death.
The world in which Abbas and the Palestinian leadership live is a world of lies, fabrications and deception aimed at demonizing Israel and murdering Jews. The goal is not only to murder as many Jews as possible, but also to force Israel to its knees so that it will vanish as soon as possible.
Welcome to the world of the Palestinians, where we lie and then believe our own lies. And then want the rest of the world to believe them, too.

Last Month, Hamas Murdered My Friend's Father
On October 13, 2015, two young Palestinian men affiliated with the Hamas movement, Baha Alian and Bilal Panem, boarded the 78 bus in Jerusalem's Armon Hanatziv neighborhood. The two were residents of Jabel Mukaber, an adjoining Arab village.
Alian was armed with a concealed firearm, Ranem with a knife. The two intended to carry out a terror attack within the framework of the spate of murders of Israeli Jews by Palestinian Arab Muslims, inspired by false claims that Israel was planning to change the "status quo" on the Temple Mount area.
Shortly after boarding the bus, Alian opened fire, and Ranem set about trying to stab the passengers. Alian was overpowered by a security guard on the bus. Ranem managed to seal the door of the bus, but was then shot from outside it by members of the Israeli security forces.
The terrorists succeeded in killing three Israelis and wounding a number of others. One of those killed was a 78-year-old man named Haviv Haim.
That afternoon, at home in my apartment in a neighborhood on the other side of the valley from Armon Hanatziv, I received a message on my phone. The message was from an old army friend of mine, and asked if I had heard about what happened to Menash's father. The message caused me to stop in my tracks. The names of some of those killed had already been released. "Haviv Haim." And "Menash" meant Menashe Haim, the deputy company commander of the company in the IDF reserves in which I served for 17 years.
Jerusalem triple-murder terrorist charged
The Jerusalem District Attorney filed charges Monday against Balal Abu Ghanem, 21, of Jabal Mukabar, on three counts of premeditated murder and seven counts of attempted murder, for a heinous terror attack on a Jerusalem bus on October 13.
The attack, which Abu Ghanem carried out with an accomplice, was the most murderous thus far in the current wave of Arab terror that began with the murder of Eitam and Naama Henkin in front of their children, on October 1.
According to the charge sheet, Abu Ghanem has supported Hamas for several years. On October 12, Bahaa Alian approached him and told him that he has NIS 20,000 with which he intends to buy a handgun in order to murder Jews. The two agreed to carry out a terror attack using the gun and a knife.
The next day, armed with the gun and knife, the two drove ot the Armon Hanatziv neighborhood and boarded the 78 bus. They were the first to get on the bus, and they waited for Jews to climb aboard so that they could murder them. After several minutes' drive, when about a dozen people had gotten on the bus, Abu Ghanem began shooting the passengers to death and Alian stabbed them, in a modus operandi reminiscent of the Har Nof synagogue slayings.
When the gun was out of bullets and the knife's blade had broken in the body of a victim, Richard Lakin Hy"d, one of the two began choking a passenger in order to murder him. Security forces arrived on the scene and killed Alian, while Abu Ghanem was taken alive.
The three people who were murdered are Alon Andrei Govberg Hy"d, Haviv Haim Hy"d and Richard Lakin Hy"d. Three others were seriously wounded and a number of others were traumatized.
Israeli Analyst Creates Vast, Detailed Spreadsheet, Maps Coordinates, of ‘Stabbing Intifada’ Attacks (INTERVIEW)
The surge in Palestinian terrorism across the Jewish state that began a few weeks ago spurred an Israeli data analyst to create and publish an extensive interactive spreadsheet detailing the time, place and circumstances of each attack.
Nehemia Gershuni-Aylho, who works for the Ramat Gan-based advertising agency Baumann Ber Rivnay, embarked on this undertaking as a side project – on his own time and with the assistance of other volunteers – approximately a month ago.
Basing his graphs on information from official sources — and collected by the Hebrew website Hakol Hayehudi (“the Jewish voice”) — Gershuni-Aylho told The Algemeiner on Friday that he updates his Google document, titled “Stats of ‘2015 Stabbing Intifada’:Terror Attacks Against Israelis & Innocent Arabs,” an average of once a day.
“I did something similar during Operation Protective Edge in the summer of 2014 and surrounding the Israeli elections that were held on March 17 this year,” he said. “But those dealt more in volume – such as how many missiles were fired from Gaza; how many landed vs. how many were intercepted by the Iron Dome.”
In the case of the “Stabbing Intifada,” Gershuni-Aylho said he is cataloguing far more parameters, looking at specific events, the precise hours at which they occur and even the weather conditions. He even provides a map — whose GPS coordinates are marked, using Gershuni-Aylho’s data, by Judge Dan, a regular contributor to the self-described “informative and entertaining” website Israellycool.
Israel Air Force hits Hamas terror target after rocket lands in Israel
The Israel Air Force attacked a Hamas terrorist target in Gaza early Monday morning, a few hours after a rocket hit southern Israel.
The IDF Spokesman said the air strikes were a response to the rocket attack, and that it views Hamas as being responsible for all terrorist activities in the Gaza Strip.
Earlier Sunday, a rocket fired from the Gaza Strip exploded in an open area near the border in Israel, the IDF said.
The rocket triggered warning sirens in the Sha'ar Hanegev regional council area. There were no reports of injuries or damage.
Border policeman wounded in terror attack succumbs to wounds
Border Policeman Benjamin Yaakovovich, 19, who was critically wounded in a terror attack north of Hebron, has succumbed to his wounds on Sunday evening. His parents decided to donate his organs to save the lives of others.
The Border Policeman was critically wounded in a vehicular attack on Highway 60 near Halhul on Wednesday afternoon and has been fighting for his life since at Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem's Ein Karem.
"Staff Seargent Benjamin Yaakovovich Z"L drafted into the Border Police a year and a half ago, and is survived by his parents, brother, and two sisters," a police statment said.
The family has asked for privacy during these difficult times.
The attack, the first of its kind in days, came after a relatively quiet morning. Security forces shot and neutralized the driver of the vehicle.
The terror continued on Sunday, when six Israelis were wounded in three separate terror attacks in the West Bank within the span of a few hours.
Four Israelis hurt in West Bank car-ramming, 2 seriously
Four Israelis were wounded, two of them seriously, in a car-ramming terror attack at Tapuah Junction in the West Bank Sunday morning.
A group of Israelis was waiting for a bus at the site. The driver approached the intersection, then accelerated into the waiting crowd, according to witnesses and police.
The wounded were all evacuated to Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva.
The Magen David Adom rescue service confirmed that the victims were all civilians.
The driver, identified by authorities as 22-year-old Sleiman Shahin from Ramallah, was shot and killed by Border Police forces at the junction.
Security camera footage emerges of vehicular terror attack that wounded 5 Israelis
Security camera footage emerged of Sunday morning's vehicular terror attack in which five Israelis were wounded when a Palestinian drove his vehicle into them at the Tapuah Junction in the Samaria region of the West Bank.
Border police at the scene shot and killed the Palestinian driver.
"A short while ago, a terrorist arrived at a hitch-hiking post next to a roadblock at Tapuah [junction], accelerated his vehicle and hit a number of civilians who were standing there," Border Police said.
Magen David Adom said two men, 22, were moderately to seriously wounded. A third man, 23, was moderately wounded and a pregnant woman was lightly wounded.
The wounded were taken to Rabin Medical Center's Beilinson Campus in Petah Tikva. They are from Petah Tikiva, Nof Ayalon, Talmon and Yitzhar.
A young Israeli woman was also lightly injured by shards of glass.

'I'm doing this with a clear head, for my homeland,' terrorist writes before stabbing attack
A stabbing attack was thwarted at the Eliyahu crossing into Israel from the West Bank on Monday morning.
According to the Defense Ministry the female suspect arrived on foot to the car crossing on Highway 55 in Samaria where security forces of the Crossings Authority ordered her to halt, but she continued in their direction.
The guards shot a warning shot in the air, but when she pulled a knife out of her bag, they shot and killed her.
The Defense Ministry said that a suicide note written to her family was found with the suspect.
"I don't know what will happen to me in the end. I am doing this with a clear head. To defend the homeland and the youth," she wrote in the letter.
"I cannot stand what I am seeing and I cannot suffer anymore."
"To my parents and siblings forgive me for what I am going to do. I love you. Especially my fiancee. I am sorry for whatever will happen to me and that this is the way that I am ending," the note read.
Security forces break up two firebombing terror cells in Samaria
The IDF, Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) and Israel Police announced that over the past several days they broke up two separate terrorist cells in the Binyamin Region to the north of Jerusalem.
The first cell was responsible for a series of so-called "popular terrorist" attacks (a euphemism for attacks such as rock-throwing and firebombings) targeting motorists along Routes 45 and 443 between 2014-2015, including four molotov cocktails hurled at passing Israeli vehicles on July 30 of this year alone.
The cell members were identified as Mohammed Bassem Azmi Azzam, 20, and two minors who have not been identified for legal reasons. All three are residents of Kfar Jadeerah, located along Route 45 and close to the Palestinian Authority town of Bir Nabala, north of Jerusalem.
Under interrogation the terrorists admitted to the July 30 attack as well as several other rock-throwing and firebombing attacks. Indictments have been filed against them in the Samaria military court.
Father of US boy injured in attack: 'Where was the US embassy?'
The youth from Long Island who was wounded in a terror attack while spending Shabbat in Hevron has recently returned to New York along with his father.
Eli Borochov was shot in the thigh by an Arab sniper and taken to Sharei Tsedek Hospital. He was released from the hospital this afternoon, along with his friend who was also wounded in the same attack.
"The bullet entered and left his leg. This was a great miracle from heaven," Eli's father, Ronen Borochov, told Arutz Sheva. "I don't understand how it could be that the American embassy is not interested in the victim's welfare even though the hospital updated them when it turned out that a Jewish American youth was wounded. They didn't care at all."
At the same time, Ronen says that the Israeli authorities cared for his son from the moment that he was wounded until they reached the airport. "I want to thank the wonderful doctors at Sha'arei Tzedek, the Hevron yeshiva, and all the good Jews, both religious and not religious, who took care of all of our needs from the moment we reached the hospital. 'Who is like you, Israel?' Is is very moving."
Arab man indicted for anti-Semitic assault on tour guide
An indicted was submitted on Monday morning against the Arab terrorist who last Monday assaulted a female tour guide as she led a group in front of the Yafo Gate of Jerusalem's Old City, hitting her over the head repeatedly with a glass bottle and lightly wounding her.
The terrorist, 22-year-old Omar Alfrouk Abidaya of the southeastern Jabel Mukaber neighborhood, was charged with aggravated assault and an attempt to seriously wound his victim in a racially motivated attack.
Last Monday at 10 a.m., the tour guide, aged 45, met with a tourist couple from the US at Yafo Gate to give them a guided tour. The guide, wearing a long jeans skirt and a head covering, stood with the two and began explaining to them about the location and the contents of the tour.
Just a few minutes later, the terrorist approached the three from the direction of IDF Square, near the municipality building. He identified the guide as a Jew from her attire and decided to assault her with the glass bottle he was carrying, according to the indictment.
'Enough is enough'; Jewish residents block road to Arab town
Residents of the Jewish town of Yitzhar in Samaria blocked the road to the nearby Arab town of Huwara Sunday afternoon, after three successive terrorist attacks in just six hours.
In the first attack, an Arab driver ran over four Israeli civilians, including a pregnant woman, at Tapuach Junction just south of Huwara.
Shortly after, a security guard was stabbed and lightly wounded outside the town of Betar Illit.
In the third attack, a 48-year-old man was seriously wounded in a stabbing near the town of Alfei Menashe.
Yitzhar spokesman Ezri Tubi told Arutz Sheva locals had had enough of the constant attacks, and were prepared to take matters into their own hands if the government is not willing to "look the problem in the eye."
"Israeli citizens were attacked, some hurt very badly, and this accumulates to many other terror attacks lately... making us, the citizens of Israel, feel unsafe - and this is something we can't let continue."
Israeli Guard Recounts Thwarting Stabbing Attack on His Birthday: ‘I Got My Life as a Gift’ (VIDEO)
The Israeli security guard who was wounded in a stabbing attack in Beitar Illit and then neutralized his assailant on Sunday morning was celebrating his birthday, the Israeli news site nrg reported.
Yishai Kreitenberger, who turned 33 today, recounted his ordeal from the Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem.
Kreitenberger, a civilian, described the events leading up to the attack, carried out by a female Palestinian in traditional Muslim garb.
“I was standing at the city’s guard post,” he said, “when I noticed the terrorist walking towards me…She was tense, looking around [as though] she was unfamiliar with the place.
“As she approached, she presented her green Palestinian ID card,” Kreitenberger continued, adding that the woman, who spoke to him only in Arabic, did not have the proper permits. “So I told her she could not enter. While I was talking, I saw her putting her hand in her purse. [When] I asked her why she was [doing that], she took out a knife and managed to scratch me with it.”
At this point, Kreitenberger told nrg, he moved away, grabbed his weapon and shot her.
Teen terror victim gets new bike to celebrate release from hospital
Police on Sunday presented a new bicycle to the teen who was stabbed in a terror attack while riding his bike in Jerusalem.
Naor, 13, was in critical condition following the October 12 terror attack, in which he was stabbed nearly a dozen times by Palestinian teens while out riding his bicycle in the city's Pisgat Ze'ev neighborhood.
At a special ceremony on Sunday evening, arranged by the neighborhood council, local police officers Aryeh Benyunus and Udi Rambah presented the teen with a new bicycle.
Wishing him a full recovery, the Hadashot Hapisga Facebook page proclaimed that "Naor is back in action!"
Police recommend charging al-Aqsa preacher with incitement
Police are requesting that prosecutors files charges against Sheikh Khaled al-Mughrabi, a prominent preacher at the al-Aqsa Mosque.
Sheikh Mughrabi was arrested last week, after videos came out of him inciting violence against Jews while speaking in the mosque.
One of the videos, which Youtube has since taken down, showed Mughrabi claiming, "We will go after the Jews everywhere. They won't escape us, they won't be able to escape us. The Children of Israel will all be wiped out."
The preacher's lawyer says that his client was merely quoting from religious texts. "[Mughrabi] does not want to incite, and we want to prevent such situations,” he told Ynet. “It’s true that he is seen speaking in the video, but he says that it was the Prophet who said these things, and they have a source."
Police have previously questioned Mughrabi after he was filmed claiming that Jews control the world's wealth and pharmaceutical industry, which they use to spread diseases. He also said that Jews kidnap Gentile children for their blood.
PMW: PA: Rock-throwing leads to victory and freedom
In a show of support and encouragement of the current Palestinian riots and rock-throwing, the official PA daily printed the above cartoon showing a masked Palestinian playing an oud whose neck ends in a "V" for "victory" and whose strings form a slingshot holding a rock. The title of the piece he is playing off his sheet music is "Freedom." [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Nov. 9, 2015]
Palestinian Media Watch has reported on a similar cartoon of "a symphony of love for Jerusalem," which showed a Palestinian playing a knife as a violin, glorifying the many recent stabbing attacks.
The official PA daily printed another cartoon showing a masked Palestinian making a "V" for "victory" with his fingers and using the "V" as a slingshot to throw rocks. [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Nov. 7, 2015] Abbas' Fatah also supports rock-throwing openly and has changed its cover photo on Facebook to this photo of a Palestinian youth throwing a rock with a slingshot. [Official Facebook page of the Fatah Movement, Nov. 6, 2015]
Boasting about Dead Jews on Social Media
Hamas is boasting about its missile range on social media:

No, its not just about "rocks' and "knives". Hamas and other terror groups in both Gaza and in the West Bank are committed to acquiring new deadlier weapons to maximize the killing of Jews.

Fatah welcomes shooting attacks in Hevron
The Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigade, the so-called “military wing” of Fatah headed by Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas, is welcoming Friday’s shooting attacks against Israelis in the Hevron area.
In the two attacks, two teens were wounded by terrorist gunfire near the Cave of the Patriarchs, and a soldier was wounded in a separate shooting attack at Beit Anun.
The movement said in a statement on Sunday, "We, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigade-Palestine, welcome the heroic operation in Hevron and praise the heroism of its perpetrators."
"The Brigades consider this action a natural response to the occupation’s recurring crimes against our unarmed Palestinian people and its violation of the sanctity of our holy places," the statement continued.
The group has claimed responsibility for a series of recent shooting attacks directed against Israeli soldiers and civilians, including the horrific murder of Rabbi Eitam and Naama Henkin, who were shot dead in front of their children.
Hamas Cleric and TV Host Iyad Abu Funun: The Zionists Are More Nazi than Hitler

Obama Once Again Silent on Palestinian Incitement
Abbas’ ugly and incendiary Muslim supremacism and incitement isn’t even new. He was doing the same a year ago, which helped to produce a spate of terror that claimed the lives of 11 Israelis.
Yet, last year and again now, the Obama administration was utterly mute on Abbas’ genuine –– and successful –– incitement to violence. But when Netanyahu refers to Husseini’s inciting anti-Jewish murder and Nazi collaboration, the White House speaks of “inflammatory rhetoric.”
This astonishing perversion of Netanyahu’s words while consigning to the memory hole Abbas’ actual incitement produces only one outcome: tarring Netanyahu rather than Abbas with responsibility for the current unrest –– which was presumably the object of the exercise.
Prudence and morality alike should have led President Obama to stand by Israel and denounce Abbas’ incitement and the violence he has repeatedly produced. Any president interested in promoting peace and thus in dis-incentivizing incitement and violence would have done so.
That Obama did the opposite leads to only one conclusion: contrary to predictions (for example, by former US Mideast envoy Dennis Ross) that he will seek to ease tensions with Israel following clashes over his nuclear pact with Iran, Obama seems set to intensify them.
Leading Democrat Engel says warnings to end Palestinian funding over terror are real
Eliot Engel, the veteran Democratic Congressman from New York, and the ranking Democrat on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, has re-issued and underlined a stark warning that the Palestinian Authority must end incitement, and clearly condemn terrorism, or risk losing hundreds of millions of dollars in U.S. aid.
Speaking in Berlin on Sunday to a group of parliamentarians at an Israel Allies European Summit, Congressman Engel said Palestinians must "put down knives and guns and come back to the negotiating table... Palestinians have to understand...no-one is going to reward terrorism".
He warned the Palestinian leadership that the prospect of ending funding, raised in a letter to Mahmoud Abbas last month signed by 369 members of Congress (nearly 85 percent of all representatives), was not mere rhetoric.
"If you don't [end incitement and terror] we have no obligation to continue funding you...it's not something anyone wants to do...[but] at some point there has to be some kind of responsibility [from the Palestinian leadership], some kind of adulthood."
Khaled Abu Toameh: Abbas urges Sisi: Pressure Israel to stop 'assaults against al-Aksa Mosque'
Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas urged Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah Sisi on Sunday to use his influence with international parties to pressure Israel to stop “provocations and assaults” against the Aksa Mosque, in the wake of the current wave of violence, a PA official in Ramallah said.
In their talks in Cairo, Abbas briefed Sisi on “continued Israeli violations against the Aksa Mosque in particular and Palestinians in general,” the official said.
The Palestinian leader has come under intense pressure from Palestinians, including top members of the Palestine Liberation Organization and Fatah, to cut off all ties with Israel and cancel the Oslo Accords in response to Israel’s “failure to meet its commitments towards the peace process.”
He has been seeking Egypt and other Arab backing for any decision the PA might take to suspend security, political and economic ties with Israel.
Abbas and Sisi also discussed the situation in the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip and Egypt’s continued closure of the Rafah border crossing.
Abbas denies reports of hospital stay during Cairo visit
Top Palestinian officials denied Egyptian media reports that Abbas held a meeting with Dahlan.
According to the reports, Dahlan flew to Cairo in a private jet from his current home in the United Arab Emirates at the Egyptians’ invitation, especially to meet with Abbas.
Egypt, the reports said, was working to bring about reconciliation between Dahlan and Abbas.
Abbas and Sissi reportedly agreed that all practices leading to the creation of “more tension” should be stopped, including Israel’s construction of settlements, which, Sissi underlined, are illegal under international law.
The Palestinian Ma’an news agency quoted a Sissi spokesperson as telling Abbas that the Egyptian army’s actions in the northern Sinai Peninsula were intended “to secure Egypt’s borders.” He said those actions were carried out in full coordination with the Palestinian Authority.
According to a statement published by spokesperson Alaa Youssef, the Egyptian army’s actions near Gaza “could never be meant to harm the Palestinian brothers in the Gaza Strip.”
He was referring to the recent destruction by the military of smuggling tunnels connecting Gaza to Sinai and the subsequent construction of fish ponds to prevent the digging of new tunnels.
Daily Mirror: terrorist was ‘shot dead’…then ‘rushed’ to an Israeli hospital.
A Daily Mirror article written by Siobhan McFadyen about a Palestinian stabbing attack today in Beitar Illit.
A Palestinian terrorist was shot dead.
Or…
The Palestinian terrorist was merely being treated at an Israeli hospital for gunshot wounds.
Which one was it?
Well, fortunately, the photo and caption further down in the article helps clarify events:
Finally, we learn the ‘truth’: that the terrorist was evidently “rushed” to the hospital for medical treatment only after she was killed?
PreOccupiedTerritory: Israel Photophopping Heads Onto Brainless Palestinian Assailants Satire)
Palestinians claim Israel is tampering with the evidence regarding the people shot by security forces for stabbing attacks, saying that Israel is doctoring photographs and video footage to show that the suspects actually had heads.
Palestinians, most of them youths, have perpetrated dozens of stabbing attacks on Israelis in the last two months, the majority of which ended with the assailant shot. Widespread disbelief that any youngsters intelligent enough to tie their shoes would engage in such a manifestly stupid activity has led to the persistent conviction in Palestinian society that Israel is staging those events as a pretext for prolonging the Occupation, and altering the evidence that now purportedly shows those alleged attackers in full possession of a head with a brain in it.
“They must think we’re stupid if we’re going to fall for such obvious chicanery,” said Seffa Lektmi, whose son tried to stab soldiers guarding the Tomb of the Patriarchs. “My son was always brainless. There’s no way he had a head when those soldiers shot him.”
Exposed: Israel secretly building another new PA city
Even as Arab terrorists conduct daily attacks on Israelis, the state of Israel is secretly advancing plans to build a new Palestinian Authority (PA) city in Samaria, it was revealed Monday.
Security officials exposed to Walla that the security apparatus has advised in favor of establishing the city so as to create thousands of new jobs for Palestinian Arabs and improve their economy, under the apparent assumption that more money will stop the wave of terror emanating from the region and actively incited by the PA.
Diplomatic sources refused to confirm to the news site whether Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu intends to present the plan to US President Barack Obama during their meeting on Monday, although there has been talk of new "gestures" that may be discussed in the talks.
In recent years the PA has frequently demanded that an additional city be built for it aside from Rawabi, which is located between Shechem (Nablus) and Ramallah in Samaria and is currently in the final stages of construction.
The new revelation is all the more surprising given the lack of Jewish construction in Judea and Samaria; in the last two coalition governments that construction has been at a record low, amid covert building freezes.
MK blasts plans for new PA city while Jewish building frozen
MK Shuli Mualem-Refaeli (Jewish Home) attacked Monday the reported Israeli approval of the construction of a second new Palestinian Authority (PA) city in Samaria.
Security officials exposed to Walla that the security establishment has advised in favor of establishing the city – in addition to Rawabi, which is about to be populated – so as to create thousands of new jobs for PA Arabs and improve their economy.
"Establishing a new Palestinian city in Samaria is a prize for the Palestinian Authority, which incites and feeds terrorism," the legislator argued.
"In recent years, planning and construction processes in Judea, Samaria and Jerusalem have been frozen," she explained. "In the near future, no new neighborhoods are to be built in Jerusalem and no new communities are expected, despite the housing crisis that has deeply permeated the settlement enterprise as well.
"It is expected that the prime minister make the establishment of new Palestinian cities conditional on stopping incitement, connecting Jerusalem to Maale Adumim and strengthening of the settlement enterprise," she said.
Burqa-clad Turkish 'suicide bomber' turns out to be lover in disguise
A Turkish man detained as a suspected would-be suicide bomber in northern Turkey was actually wearing a burqa to disguise himself to meet a secret lover from a dating site, local media reported Nov. 8.
Locals in the Black Sea province of Ordu alerted police of a "would-be suicide bomber" on Nov. 7 after noticing that a burqa-clad "woman" talking on the phone at a bus stop was wearing men's shoes, Dogan news agency said.
A police team arrived at the scene and "unmasked" the man, who was dressed in a full-length, Islamic-style black robe with a niqab -- the head covering worn by many Muslim women -- covering his face. Authorities detained him for "inflicting fear and panic in the public," Dogan reported.
The 33-year-old man, who is married with two children, told police that he had resorted to the burqa disguise in order to secretly meet a woman he had met on an online dating site for the first time.
