It's been a while since I added a new animal to the Zionist Attack Zoo, but Palestinian propaganda is nothing if not creative.

From Stop The Wall (h/t Israellycool):

The Israeli occupation forces together with the Israeli Nature and Parks Authority have this week set wild thirty hyenas in the northern Jordan Valley that are attacking the farmers and Palestinian communities in the area.

The animals have started attacking the communities and are a threat to the farmers and especially their families and children.

More often than hyenas, Israel uses the placement of wild boars so they destroy the crops and attack poultry and even people.

While wildlife protection, including the protection of the striped hyena would be a laudable act, using these animals as part of a systematic strategy to ethnically cleanse people from their homes is despicable.

There have been no reports even in Arab media about anything close to this. It appears that the Israel haters have decided not to bother with twisting stories, and instead make them up from scratch. Why not? Their fans will retweet even the most insane stories by the thousands before anyone can even begin to fact check.

The only recent hyena-related story was when an Arab from Hebron says he found an injured hyena, chained him up in a dirty warehouse and posted proud photos on social media. Israeli authorities found out and confiscated the animal.

The reason they confiscated the hyena proves that the absurd story is wrong. Hyenas are a protected species, and the Israeli Nature and Parks Authority receive word about once a month about Palestinian Arabs abusing hyenas, so they attempt to save them when they can and nurse them back to life. Apparently there are some superstitious Palestinians who believe that hyenas can hypnotize people so they try to run them over or torture them.

The Zionist Attack Zoo now includes eagles, wild boars, lizards, dolphins, rock hyraxes, storks, "super rhinoceroses," vultures, puffer fish, dogs, jellyfish, sharks, sheep, cows, lions, wolves, rats, squirrels and pigeons in addition to hyenas. A fairly impressive menagerie!

Last week, it was widely reported that Iran accused the West of spying on Iran with special lizards:

Western spies used lizards which can 'attract atomic waves' to spy on Iran's nuclear programme, the former chief-of-staff of the nation's armed forces has claimed.

Hassan Firuzabadi, senior military advisor to supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said he did not know the details of the cases, but that the West had often used tourists, scientists and environmentalists to spy on Iran.

Firuzabadi was responding to questions from local media on the recent arrest of environmentalists.

'Several years ago, some individuals came to Iran to collect aid for Palestine,' he said.

'We were suspicious of the route they chose. In their possessions were a variety of reptile desert species like lizards.

'We found out that their skin attracts atomic waves and that they were nuclear spies who wanted to find out where inside the Islamic republic of Iran we have uranium mines and where we are engaged in atomic activities,' he added.
LiveScience actually took the time to debunk this, which i think is pretty cool:

Though "atomic waves" are not a real thing, perhaps Firuzabadi was referring to gamma radiation — the waves with the smallest wavelengths in the electromagnetic spectrum — that would be emitted from radioactive isotopes during uranium mining.

Regardless, it turns out that the bizarre claim is ridiculous, two reptile experts told Live Science.

"This is pure and simple BUNK," Eric Pianka, a zoology professor at the University of Texas at Austin (who sometimes goes by the name The Lizard Man), wrote in an email to Live Science.

The idea that lizards could somehow attract "atomic" waves doesn’t make sense, because lizard skin is made of the exact same proteins as human skin: keratin, Pianka said. The scutes, or scales that cover lizards are made up of two types of keratin proteins: keratin A and B. Neither has any special ability to detect uranium or other radioactive materials.

But what about other spying techniques? Perhaps the lizards somehow sense radioactivity found in uranium mines and are drawn to it?

Again, nope: The idea that lizards could be drawn to uranium mines flies in the face of all logical data, said Barry Sinervo, an evolutionary biologist at the University of Caifornia, Santa Cruz, who goes by the name of Dr. Lizardo.

For one, lizards, which are cold-blooded and seek warm spots to hang out, would have no incentive to venture deep into cold uranium mines, Sinervo told Live Science in an email. Sinervo's past research has shown that lizards learn the location of toasty spots and then seek them out — the opposite of uranium-mine seeking.

As for one of the specific types of lizards mentioned by Firuzabadi, chameleons (which are lizards in the family called Chamaeleonidae) live in trees and therefore have no incentive to leave their home base on twigs to go crawling around on rocks in a uranium mine, Sinervo said.

"So, the claim, based on what we know about lizard learning and motivation, is absurd," Sinervo said.
Of course, this is no proof. Those Zionists could have bred special spy chameleons, just like they have bred wild board that only attack Palestinian crops and they train sharks and birds and pufferfish and cows and sheep....

It's happened again.

Ma'an reports today that Mossad Agent Eagle S99 has been shot down and killed from over the skies of Idlib, near the Turkish border, by the Free Syrian Army.

The independent, supposedly professional newspaper says that the bird was carrying "Israeli spy equipment."

Too bad they don't do the slightest amount of fact checking. Because this story was already debunked in Arab media days ago.

The bird was shot down in Daraa province near Israel, not in Idlib. The email address that was attached to the bird belonged to an Israeli research center in the Golan. A local fisherman, Mohammed Merad, was concerned when the bird was perched on his roof. He shot it down with a rifle and saw the email address, and sent an email where he found out that it was a research project.

There were conflicting reports about what happened to the bird but apparently it was buried in Syria, not handed over to Israel as some articles say.

Palestine Today has an article on the scourge of wild boars decimating the farms of Arabs, and of course they blame Israel as they've done many times before.

It quotes an agricultural expert in the Agricultural Development Association as saying that before 1967 wild boar were almost non-existent in the West Bank, so no one saw any of them.  Only at the end of the last century, he says, did  "the occupation forces" bring in large numbers of wild boars - and snakes - by trucks, and unloaded them in the West Bank - according to Palestinian witnesses - in a forest near the Israeli settlements.

I had never heard that Israel imports snakes before. I also never heard that wild boars were unheard of before 1967, so I did a little research.

From the Palestine Exploration Fund Quarterly Statement, 1883 (snippet from Google Books):

From another edition that same year:
Near the most eastern part of the oasis, where the ground is unusually soft, we saw the footprints of wild boar, ibex, gazelle, jackal, and many partridges.
A snake is also mentioned in that report.

The official PA news agency Wafa reports that residents of a village west of Jenin are complaining about wild boars that are running through their town, frightening their children.

They say that the Israelis released the boars through an iron gate in the separation barrier - or, in Wafa's words, the "wall of annexation and racial expansion."

The residents further say that the pigs are a threat to their lives and to their crops, besides the fear of the spread of swine flu.

They appealed to human rights organizations to stop the supposed Israeli practices of herding wild boars through the gate.

Many other Palestinian media outlets picked up this story.

Previously, Mahmoud Abbas himself had made the same accusations, along with the charge that Israeli residents raise wild dogs just to attack Palestinians. No reporter has ever asked him about this, just like reporters don't ask him a lot of questions that they would ask any Western politician who would say and do what Abbas does.

In the past, Palestinians have also accused Jews of not only releasing these boars but of actually raising them for no other purpose except to attack Palestinians. (The Talmud explicitly forbids Jews from raising swine, beyond all other non-kosher animals.)

The wild boar story, which has been around for many years, shows how the Palestinian media - especially its official media - have no regard for facts, and are dedicated to blaming all of their problems on the Jews.

From JPost:
Hamas announced on Wednesday that underwater "frogmen" commandos operating just off the coast of the Gaza Strip managed to stop a dolphin that it claims was spying for Israel.

Officials in the Palestinian Islamist organization say that the dolphin was equipped with a surveillance device.

Hamas said that its naval commandos managed to track the dolphin weeks ago.
Dolphins now join the club of animals that Israel-haters claim are trained in espionage or vandalism.

I once made a comic for their exciting adventures.

I need to come out with new editions.

Hizballah's Al Manar breathlessly reports on yet another Israeli spy creature!

YNet gives the details:
Hezbollah-affiliated Al-Manar TV has published images of an eagle, allegedly armed with spy equipment inscribed with the word "ISRAEL."

According to the report, the alleged spy-eagle was captured in the Lebanese town of Achkout by amateur hunters and had transmission equipment tied to its leg which indicated a connection to the Tel Aviv University.

The Nature and Parks Authority said that the eagle was born in a breeding and reacclimation center in southern Israel, and was released into the wild some two years ago.

According to the Al-Manar TV report, the eagle had an external transmitter attached to its body and another internal transmitter planted into its body. According to the Lebanese station, recruiting spies from the animal kingdom is a well-known Israeli practice. According to report, wiretapped fowl have in recent years been found in Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Egypt. ...

At Ynet's request, the Nature and Parks Authority examined the number inscribed into the bird's tag. According to them, the captured raptor is a Bonelli's Eagle, one of Israel's rarest and endangered birds of prey.

According to Ohad Hatzofe, the authority's chief avian ecologist, the bird hatched in the Carmel Hai-Bar Nature Reserve during the spring of 2011 and was released from captivity into December of the same year.

"The specimen is carrying a tiny radio transmitter, and in the picture you can see its feathers have already begun to change, and it is possible he will start mating in 2014 the spring when he reaches sexually maturity."

Tagging birds is a common practice in ornithology as it helps scientists track bird migration routes.

Last June, Turkish authorities claimed to have "cleared a renegade bird captured in the Ağın district of the eastern province of Elazığ on suspicions of working for Israel's state-of-the-art intelligence agency," the Hurriyet newspaper reported.

According to the report by the Turkish newspaper, residents of Altınavya village became suspicious that the little kestrel could be more than a bird that lost its way when they found it wore a metallic ring stamped with the words "24311 Tel Avivunia Israel," and delivered it to the district governorate.
Those crafty Jews, purposefully hiding "ISRAEL" on their spies so that they can deny they are spies later!

And to think its been less than a week since the last new member of the Zionist Attack Zoo, on top of two new Israeli animal operatives in September.

Things must be very busy at Mossad Animal Central.
