This is the logo of the UNRWA Nuseirat Preparatory School A for Boys in Gaza:

Notice the UN logo - and the flag of "Palestine" where a UN member state is erased.

And here's another, from the Bureij Preparatory School for Boys:

The UN garland on the bottom, Israel's erasure in the middle.

And another:

This one also appears to be a UNRWA boys middle school logo that denies Israel's existence.

And another, Rimal Boys Prep A;
And yet another, Jabalya Boys Prep C:

It is not exactly anomalous. This is apparently UNRWA's official view of Israel - that it doesn't exist. It is not a big leap to go from that position to the idea that rockets and terror are justifiable means to gain that which UNRWA obviously thinks was stolen by an illegitimate entity.

Do UNRWA's European donors know this?

This is yet more proof that UNRWA does not subscribe to the UN's principles and that the institution is a massive waste of money that is dedicated not to peace but to hate.

I'm not done yet.

Last week, I noted that the last Arabic UNRWA school website that was taken down (rdus.sch.unrwa.ps) after I discovered it contained antisemitism had been partially resurrected. Naturally, I found another damning article there, about how UNRWA teaches first graders to call for Israel's destruction.

After that post, it has been taken down again.

Meanwhile, Facebook is a great place to find UNRWA school teachers and administrators who espouse views that the UN - and UNRWA's own standards - supposedly disagree with.

Earlier, I found an UNRWA teacher who embraced terrorists and encourages children to take up weapons.

Now we have an UNRWA deputy school principal namded Jehan Muhammad who includes these tributes to Hamas terrorism on her photo stream:

So tolerant!

I'm getting quite a portfolio showing UNRWA support for terrorists and support for destroying Israel. How many more are needed before the world takes notice?

Don't rest easy tonight, Chris Gunness. More coming tomorrow.

Zuhair Hindi is a teacher at the UNRWA Jabalya Prep School for Boys.

He is also a terror supporter.

His profile picture on Facebook is of Qassam Brigades terrorist Hassan Mohammed al-Hindi, who might be a brother of his or perhaps another relative, who was killed when trying to attack Israel from the sea early in the summer war.

But even before the war he showed how much he loved terrorism - and Hamas' Al Qassam Brigades:

In this cartoon on his page we get an impression of how well he adheres to supposed UNRWA standards of tolerance, peace and coexistence:

How about his opinion of the children that he teaches?

Here is a photo that reveals his view of children:

His caption is "The next generation of the elite."

Is that enough to get him fired? Come on, who are we kidding?

For those who are not offended by any of this, you have my sympathies. But maybe you are the type of person for whom this photo, that he also posted, is considered worse than incitement to murder:

Now, when Chris Gunness and UNRWA head Pierre Krähenbühl read this - and believe me, they will - what do you think runs through their minds?

1. Hindi must be dismissed immediately for violating UNRWA principles!
2. I see nothing wrong with any of this.
3. As long as the media doesn't pick up on this, we can safely ignore it.
4. If we are forced to fire Hindi because of his Facebook posts, then the other UNRWA teachers will probably go on strike and cause a much bigger problem for us.
5. I really, really hope that no reporter who is going to interview me sees this first.

UPDATE: The al-Hindi family are prominent pro-Hamas members of UNRWA. UNRWA fired one of them once and indeed relented when the other teaches threatened to strike (see 4. above.)

In 2011, the UNRWA management sacked Sohail al-Hindi, who headed the winning bloc, for his popular activities connected to Hamas. He was reinstated after protests, including strike action, by unions at UNRWA.

Al-Hindi said that his new term of office will be to the advantage of UNRWA's work and its employees in the Gaza Strip. He promised to respect the guidelines of the international agency, which is dedicated to provide vital services for Palestinian refugees.

UPDATE 2 (11/4) : At least some of these photos have been taken down.

UPDATE 3 (11/5): The entire page has been taken down. (h/t @YNKutner)

Due to an apparent glitch, one of the UNRWA school sites that was taken down after I exposed that it had two posts saying Jews were dirty has apparently been partially restored. Its home page is gone but the rest of the content is there.

So while it is up I did some more research into what UNRWA teaches its students with our tax dollars.

One webpage (cached here) has the transcript and photos of a presentation by first grade girls describing various Israeli towns that they say the Zionists usurped from them,. Each girl represented one village or town.

At the end of the presentation, a group of girls say together:

Despite the occupation and despite the siege, heroes will come from among you and they will liberate us and other countries so Palestine remains Arab and free, Arab and free, Arab and free!

In context, it is pretty obvious that when they say "Palestine" they are not referring to the "1967 lines."
The "heroes" they are anticipating are the men in the audience. They are telling Gazans to go to war to destroy Israel.

Interesting how UNRWA advocates the violent destruction of a UN-member state - something the UN Charter frowns upon.

Just more fun activities that the world is funding when they answer UNRWA's many "emergency appeals."

The Palestinian Teachers Association in Lebanon is intended to provide support, guidance and news for its members. Its goals include defending the rights of teachers, improving their economic and social conditions, sharing knowledge and skills, to work on the development and activation of the teachers union in UNRWA and to help the development of UNRWA schools.

I believe that every Palestinian teacher in Lebanon works for a UNRWA school, since Lebanese anti-Palestinian apartheid laws do not allow Palestinians to live outside their UNRWA-run camps nor do they allow Palestinian teachers get jobs in regular Lebanese schools.

The association website, written by and edited by these UNRWA teachers, includes many examples of explicit antisemitism and even Holocaust denial. The logo itself shows how interested the association is in co-existence with Israel.

Haitham Kawash, teacher at the UNRWA Salamah school in Sidon, encourages violent Jihad against "cowardly Jews" to free all of Palestine.

Dr. Mohammed Yasser Amr, in an article recommending the establishment of a curriculum of "refugee studies," asserts that the jihad of science and knowledge is no less important than the jihad of weapons. (That makes him a moderate.)

This article discusses whether Jews have the right to live in Israel, and concludes "For what purpose do the children of Israel want the blessed land now, where they no longer have any role except (spreading) corruption on earth?"

Another article traces the history of racist Judaism, saying among many other things that "Jewish racism preceded the racism in Europe by several centuries because its roots go back to the Torah and the Talmud."

Here's one that falsely claims that the Talmud calls non-Jews pigs and wild dogs and instructs Jews to kill disbelievers.

A recent article denouncing the visit to Auschwitz by a Palestinian teacher and his students says "I do not consider the Holocaust a massacre against the Jews only, victims of the Holocaust were Jews, homosexuals and the mentally ill physically disabled and others, but [the teacher] did not mention that traitors and spies were among those targeted by Hitler, and we emphasize that fact, and also emphasize that the number of all of those [killed] did not exceed one million, and the targeting of Jews did not have a religious background, but also for sexual deviations and mental illness and the charge of treason, so why do a pilgrimage to the graves of traitors and perverts? "

There are many more such articles being promoted and written by Lebanese Palestinian teachers in UNRWA schools.  I could not find a single article that was sympathetic to Jews.

We see that the problem of bigoted, antisemitic teachers employed by UNRWA is not limited to Gaza, but is throughout the entire UNRWA system. Is there any doubt that Syrian and Jordanian UNRWA schoolteachers are just as bad as those in the territories and Lebanon?

UNRWA has been teaching hate against Jews for decades. It has been telling students that Israel must be destroyed for decades. As I documented previouslyUNRWA teachers taught generations of Palestinian Arabs that "return" was the only acceptable option. This was documented in a monograph that noted that in Lebanon in the late 1950s:
Children in the physical education classes at the UNRWA schools exercised to the chant of a-w-d-a (return)
A UNRWA principal in 1961 described his school's curriculum to journalist Martha Gellhorn:
In our school, we teach the children from their first year about their country and how it was stolen from them. I tell my son of seven. You will see: one day a man of eighty and a child so high, all, all will go home with arms in their hands and take back their country by force.
There is a direct line from UNRWA teacher radicalism and terror attacks happening today. We've proven just this week that UNRWA is not interested in reforming or admitting mistakes in its huge education system -  instead it does everything it can to cover them up. But they can't hide the hate. It is in plain sight for those willing to do the research.

UNRWA's latest commissioner general Pierre Krähenbühl has been given many opportunities to address and fix the issues of UNRWA teacher hate and antisemitism I revealed over the past two weeks. He chooses not to, and instead simply ensures that embarrassing websites that prove UNRWA's teaching of hate and tacitly encouraging terror are simply deleted, hoping that the mainstream media will not pick up on this story. So far, his gamble is paying off...but it won't forever.

He cannot delete the websites that are not under UNRWA control. He cannot delete the Facebook and Twitter accounts of UNRWA teachers that reveal their Jew-hatred every day. He cannot hide the truth. The fact that he has tried to do exactly that is all the proof you need that UNRWA is an inherently corrupt institution.

Its donors may be interested in knowing this.

Given that there is no way the UNRWA education system is going to fix itself, and its role in churning out generations of children who are being taught to hate, It is way past time to dismantle this sick institution whose only remaining  purpose is to keep the cash flow coming.

In 2012, I discovered and reported that UNRWA school websites in Gaza included the promotion of terrorism and martyrdom:

Here's part of an essay that was on one school's site:

...You who sees what is happening to the Muslim Ummah everywhere .. I see the daily violations of the Muslims .. O of rending his heart when you hear the news of Muslims in Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan and other countries of the Jihad .. you who wish to join the ranks of the Mujahideen and Jihad with them against the Jews and the Crusaders .. you who want to jihad hard but you can not ..
And a poem:
Palestine should know I adore madness
Jaffa, I should know I'll come back to it
Let him know it's the crazy sons of Zion
With their thought of raping Palestine
The land of Canaan will be only to those who love her
Those who are occupied by people who do not
The land of Isra and Mi'raj cradle of the prophets
The land of jihad and martyrdom
Shortly after I wrote about this, UNRWA silently took down all the individual school websites in Gaza. But they didn't acknowledge doing anything wrong.

Last week, I reported that the UNRWA "human rights" school website included explicit antisemitism (a copy of the document can be seen here):

The Jews in the sixth and seventh centuries promoted social corruption (1981: 39), and the claim that they are God's chosen people demonstrates that the Jews did not know anything about human rights.
A short time later, UNRWA took down the entire website. No explanations, no apologies - just another coverup.

Yesterday, I exposed that the last remaining Arabic UNRWA school website said to students that they should clean their schools, quoting a hadith that said that Muslims should be clean - unlike Jews. (Archives here and here.)

Less than a day later, UNRWA again removed the entire website. Again, no explanations or apologies. No indication that the topics being taught in UNRWA schools are any less hateful and bigoted than they were yesterday and last week and three years ago.

There are no longer any UNRWA school websites in Gaza, since every one I found contained hate. But there is no indication whatsoever that UNRWA has done anything to fix the problem.

A UN organization that gets nearly a billion dollars a year from the world's nations is teaching hundreds of thousands of students hate and jihad, and when confronted with proof using its own websites, it engages in a massive cover-up.

I spent a fair amount of time yesterday tweeting most of the news correspondents who cover the UN about this issue. While I did see some pageload activity showing that some clearly read my exposés, so far I have heard nothing from them asking for more details or any indication that they are working on stories.

If you are as outraged by this hate that is pushed by UNRWA, here is your chance to do something about it.

The UN Correspondents Association directory is here. Email to the reporters for your favorite news outlets and ask them to cover this story.

Here is the contact information for UNRWA spokepeople:

The UN contacts are here. Email or call them.

Tweet to UNRWA's commissioner general.

Contact your representatives and political leaders and ask them to comment on this. Forward this to news sites. Tweet and email to reporters and pundits, asking for comment or demanding answers.

All the proof is here and can be independently verified. There is a pattern of hate being taught at UNRWA schools and a pattern of cover-ups to try to hide that same hate. Demand answers and action, from the UN - and from the reporters who don't want to do their jobs.

UNRWA has now removed practically all of its websites associated with Gaza schools, after I exposed their extremism, Jew-hatred and lies.

They removed the sites stealthily, without any public statement. There has been no apology for their lies and propaganda, no explanation on how they were discovered to be teaching lessons that are entirely opposing the UN's and UNRWA's own published ideals and standards. They even removed their website dedicated to teaching human rights to Gaza children rather than fix the problem.

There is only one site left in the UNRWA Gaza schools Internet domain sch.unrwa.ps - this one. It is dedicated to providing materials for teaching children "initiative, respect and discipline."

And it also includes Jew-hatred!

On two separate occasions, in 2013 and 2014, UNRWA schools in Gaza held initiatives to clean up the schools, with kids volunteering with the cleanup. Nothing wrong with that, right?

However, in both those cases, UNRWA backed up the desire to clean up the schools by quoting a Hadith that says "You must clean your courtyards and do not follow in the footsteps of the Jews" - who keep themselves unclean.

Yes, UNRWA school sites are saying that Jews are dirty.

There are quite a few hadiths that extol the virtues of cleanliness. UNRWA employees choose the one that is antisemitic.

This is besides the fact that UNRWA is not supposed to be teaching or promoting Islam in its schools. Remember, there are some remaining Christians in Gaza. UNRWA's educational vision includes "upholding human values and religious tolerance." Yet UNRWA hires Quran teachers. UNRWA schools have Quran memorization competitions. Many Arabic UNRWA school documents include the Islamic introduction "In the name of Allah the merciful.."

Within a week, expect these links to be gone as well, and for UNRWA's leaders to pretend that it never happened. Just like they did this past week.

UPDATE: The site was also silently taken down, again without UNRWA admitting that it has a problem.
