Jews, who make up about 10% of New Yorkers, were the targets of nearly 70% of all hate crimes in the Big Apple last month, according to newly released city data, and anti-Jewish hate crimes, which the city said it confirmed, were up 53.3% compared to the same period last year.
The New York City Police Department said that it recorded 33 “confirmed” hate crimes in the city last month, of which 23 targeted Jews (69.6%). In July 2025, there were 15 anti-Jewish hate crimes in the city, it said.

It is one thing to read numbers in a story. It is another to see them graphically.

Up until this year, the standard response from antizionists was that the police were including anti-Zionist crime and it was all exaggerated. But that isn't true, so they pivoted: now they admit that antisemitic crime is up, and they blame - Israel! Apparently, they say that because of Israeli policies, antisemitic hate crime goes up. But isn't that admitting that the people attacking Jews because of Israel are conflating antisemitism and anti-Zionism, which they claim cannot happen?

Logic was never their strong suit.
