Ramy Abdu is chairman of the Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor, which we have seen in the past just makes stuff up.

This tweet is a doozy:

Some 14,000 people so far have retweeted this, and fully believe that Israel calls up people they are about to assassinate.

Why? Because this makes it a better sport before killing them, like some cheesy supervillain who says "the human is the toughest prey" before giving  him a head start in some B-movie?

But let's go with it. Let's say that Israel really called up Refaat Alareer and warned him that he would be killed.  What would he do?

He would plaster the threat all over social media. He would call every news outlet and tell them that he was just warned about his own assassination. He would frantically call friends in Hamas and ask to hide in a tunnel. Failing that, he would hide himself, alone, in some basement.

But what does he do instead, according to his admirers who are retweeting this story?

He goes to his family, where they can be killed along with him!

So if you believe this risible lie, then you also believe that this Palestinian icon, poet, human rights activist, saint, demi-god, or whatever they are calling him now, chose to doom his sister and her children to certain death.

What a guy!

Now look who "liked" this tweet - Ali Abunimah! The editor of Electronic Intifada, a site quoted often by the likes of Ken Roth, believes this obvious lie without even a question.

This one tweet tells us a great deal about how easily anti-Zionists lie, how easily they spread obvious lies, and how gullible they are.

There has been a horrific wave of murders in Israel's Arab sector this year, about 150 Arab citizens killed. Israel has been trying different things to fight the phenomenon and nothing has worked so far - in fact, the murder rate is accelerating.

No one disputes that this is a major problem that must be prioritized. But according to Palestinian media, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor is accusing Israel of being complicit in these murders. (This is not on their webpage as of this writing.)

They don't even pretend to have any proof of this slander. They just say "the recurrence of murders and the analysis of their facts and their unprecedented rise indicate the existence of an Israeli policy that perpetuates impunity and encourages the commission of these crimes."

Their main evidence of this is that Israel manages to determine who is behind terror attacks, so why can't it do the same for Arabs internally? The answer is obvious: it took decades to build an excellent intelligence infrastructure that can now be leveraged. It would take time to do the same for Israeli Arabs, but there are additional obstacles - citizens cannot be treated as presumed enemies. Imagine the backlash if Israeli police put spies in Israeli mosques. It requires a completely different skill set to attack this problem, and Euro-Med almost certainly knows this.

The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor doesn't seem to care about human rights of Israeli Arabs nearly as much as they want to use them as yet another excuse to bash Israel.

Muhammad Shehada is one of the most vocal defenders of Palestinian terror under the pretense of "human rights."  He is the Chief of Communication for the Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor and is a columnist for the Forward, also having written for Haaretz, Vice and Newsweek.

He angrily denounced anyone who claimed that the car ramming attack on Friday that killed three, including two children, and critically injured others (including their father), saying that there was no evidence that the attack was deliberate.

Somehow, it is a sheer coincidence that Palestinians happen to lose control of cars near crowds of Jews. And equally strange that they celebrate those accidents and canonize the poor people who all have faulty brakes due to the "occupation."

Dashcam footage has been released showing the attack. The blue car speeding to the left of the dashcam veers over two lanes to hit the bus stop.

There will always be apologists for terror. But why does the mainstream media keep giving them a platform for their vile hate?

Ramy Abdu is chairman of the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor and has been a regular speaker at the United Nations Human Rights Council.

He is also an antisemitic bigot.

Abdu tweeted this video, showing popular Israeli Orthodox singer Avraham Fried, wishing a sweet and happy New Year to the entire nation of Israel, with the soldiers of the Netzach Battalion then singing their own song repeating their name.

But Abdu, who was born in Gaza, chose to describe the events of the video quite differently from the reality, claiming that the "rabbi" and the soldiers were singing racist chants and insults against Muslims and Arabs.

His tweet was up for hours, even as dozens of people pointed out how Abdu was lying.

Abdu then silently deleted it and replaced it:

Two days later - no apology for his libel.

And he is a respected "human rights" figure.

One only needs one example like this to understand that nothing that Ramy Abdu or his organization says can be trusted. But there are lots of examples proving that Abdu is an antisemitic bigot and his organization similarly doesn't have any interest in facts.

The Committee of the National and Islamic Forces in Gaza is holding an "emergency meeting" today because of a comment made last month by the Commissioner-General of UNRWA, Philippe Lazzarini, last month.

What was the terrible thing Lazzarini said?

He suggested that UNRWA outsource some of its functions to other UN agencies (that have consistent budgets.)

He pointed out the obvious fact that UNRWA's expenses can only go up as they keep adding new "refugees" to their rolls and never take any off, nor do they have a mechanism to take anyone off. Right now UNRWA goes begging for donations every few months because otherwise it would close down.

Palestinians went crazy, saying that this would be the first step towards UNRWA's dissolution. Why does that matter if they continue to get their services? Glad you asked:
UNRWA is “not just about the delivery of services,” said Muhammed Shehada from the Swiss-based Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor.

“As long as UNRWA is there, it’s a reminder that the international community has a responsibility to solve the issue of Palestinian refugees,” he told AFP.
UNRWA is just a symbol of keeping the Palestinian "refugee" issue alive forever, as opposed to every single other refugee issue in history.

The arguments that Palestinians are using against UNRWA allowing others to provide services are delusional. They say that this is a violation of UNGA Resolution 302 that created UNRWA to begin with, which they claim gives UNRWA exclusivity in providing services.

UNGA 302 (1950) says no such thing. In fact, it days the opposite!

18. Urges the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund, the International Refugee Organization, the World Health Organization, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization and other appropriate agencies and private groups and organizations, in consultation with the Director of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East, to furnish assistance within the framework of the programme;
It also anticipates that UNRWA will only last a few years and that in the future the host countries would provide the same services UNRWA does. one of its two stated purposes in UNGA 302 is, "To consult with the interested Near Eastern Governments concerning measures to be taken by them preparatory to the time when international assistance for relief and works projects is no longer available."

As usual, the Palestinians are lying. UNRWA is not sacred and was never meant to be. It was meant to help the 1948 refugees until they were resettled and then disappear.

It isn't that asking other agencies for additional help violates UNGA 302. The very existence of UNRWA today, 42 years later, violates UNGA 302!

This video of Jews celebrating Simchat Torah in Hebron on Wednesday is causing a great deal of angst from bigoted Arabs who believe that Jews should be banned from Judaism's second holiest site.

Al Jazeera catalogued some of the reactions to this video.

This tweeter that they highlighted said, "The sons of Khazar are dancing around the Ibrahimi mosque burial site of Ibrahim(pbuh) patriach of the Arabs. These European Jews who have no connection to our father Ibrahim(pbuh) are testing the limits of the Arabs."

The Khazar myth is an antisemitic theory that says most Jews aren't really Jews.

The Palestinian Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs condemned the celebration, claiming that "extremist groups used the Jewish holidays to desecrate the mosque through massive incursions, wearing religious clothes, in an attempt to perform Talmudic prayer and lying on the ground, deliberately provoking the feelings of Muslims."

Because why would Jews want to celebrate a holiday without deliberately provoking the feelings of Muslims?

But perhaps the most telling comment came from Ramy Abdu, the founder and chairman of the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor, who has given statements to the UN. We've shown the anti-Israel bias of the organization, but his comment leaves no doubt that the human rights of Jews are of no concern to him.

Abdu tweeted, "At dawn today, with the support of the occupation forces, herds of colonists storm the Ibrahimi Mosque in Khalil al-Rahman and perform Talmudic prayers!"

To this "human rights expert," Jews in groups are not human, but "herds" of animals. Performing Jewish prayers (which are virtually all "Talmudic") is a disgrace. Jews do not have any rights to their own holy places.

Dozens of responses curse the Jews for having the audacity of dancing - which is how Simchat Torah is celebrated.

A human rights leader is inciting violence against Jews. And no one says a word about it.

UPDATE: This news site says that the Jews converted the shrine into a "discotheque."
