Palestinian prime minister says Israel killing the murderers of three women "horrific." But not the murders themselves.

Two Palestinians accused of killing Lucy Dee and her daughters Maia and Rina in a shooting attack in the Jordan Valley last month were shot dead by Israeli troops Thursday morning in the West Bank city of Nablus along with a third Palestinian gunman.

In a joint statement, the Shin Bet security agency, Israel Police, and Israel Defense Forces said troops entered the Nablus Old City in order to arrest Hassan Qatnani and Moaz al-Masri, the Hamas terrorists who allegedly carried out the deadly attack on April 7.

The Palestinian prime minister responded:

Prime minister Muhammad Shtayyeh condemned the Israeli aggression on the Old City of Nablus, which resulted in the death of three young men, holding the occupation government responsible for these crimes against our people.
Shtayyeh called on the international community to unify standards and hold Israel accountable for its horrific crimes and continuous violations against our people.

The spokesperson for Mahmoud Abbas, and other PA and Fatah officials also condemned the IDF operation to arrest the murderers.

But not one of them ever said anything resembling a regret, let alone a condemnation, for the murders of the Dee family itself.

They inhabit a world where everything is backwards - murderers are heroes, justice is a crime, women driving a car are aggressors and those who riddle them with bullets at point blank range are the victims.

Over the past few years, the "progressives" including "human rights experts" have eagerly adopted this perverted view of the world.

Palestinian NGO brags about the high number of April terror attacks

The Palestine Information Center "Maata" counted 987 acts of "resistance" in the territories and Jerusalem during April.

They proudly count the murder of three "settlers" as the major accomplishment for the month. Those were

Lucy Dee and her daughters Maya and Rina whom they were so proud of murdering.

They also counted:

139 shootings

5 car rammings

4 stabbings

36 IEDs

23 Molotov cocktails

They also claimed "hundreds" of stone throwing attacks.

That's at least six violent attacks every day of April, mot of which are not even reported anywhere.

Their press release also contradicts the progressive charge that Israel increases its attacks on Ramadan. They freely admit that Palestinian terror increases every Ramadan and Israel knows and prepares for it:: "The Palestinian resistance invests the blessed month of Ramadan by raising the morale of the resistance fighters and intensifying their operations. This is what the Israeli security and military services calculate when the month of Ramadan comes every year."

In addition, the specifically cheer a child terrorist, 15-year-old, Ibrahim Zamar, who carried out a shooting attack in Jerusalem injuring two.

As we've seen countless times, the messages of supporting terror and bragging about murdering Jews are explicit in Arabic, while they have many propagandists who say the opposite message in English, that Israel is the aggressor.

Innocent victim or heroic fighter martyr? Whichever is better politically

Times of Israel reported yesterday:

A Palestinian man attempted to carry out a car-ramming and stabbing attack in the West Bank on Thursday afternoon and was subsequently shot dead, the military and medics said.

According to the Israel Defense Forces, the man drove onto the opposite lane on the Route 5 highway, and tried to ram his car into civilians and security forces at the Gitai Avisar Junction near the West Bank settlement of Ariel. The suspect then got out of his car while allegedly brandishing a knife, before being shot dead by troops.

Video of the shooting shows clearly that Ahmed Yaqoub Taha came out of his car suddenly and lunged at the Israeli police officer.

Israeli police also posted photos of the knife he had; unfortunately the videos aren't clear enough to see it.

Taha was a member of the PA security forces, as have been numerous other terrorists in recent months.

The PA and Fatah are saying that he was an innocent victim, shot at point blank range for no reason. Hamas in English said the same thing.

Hamas in Arabic, on the other hand, called him a "fighter martyr...who was killed by the fire of the occupation forces after he attempted to carry out a run-over and stabbing operation."

Usually in cases like this the same person morphs from an innocent victim to a heroic fighter in the course of a few hours. Apparently Fatah thinks that the video is ambiguous enough to claim he is a victim and to stick to that story.

Actual facts don't matter as much as the intended message and audience.

Jordanian MP's tribe proud of his smuggling arms to Israel

In a story that was originally censored by the Israeli media, a Jordanian MP was arrested in Israel after being caught smuggling a large cache of weapons to the West Bank.

Imad Al-Adwan was caught smuggling 160 handguns and 17 M16 rifles at the Allenby Crossing on the Jordan River on Saturday night.

Adwan's tribe in Jordan issued a statement casting doubt on the charges, but saying that they are proud of his actions.

The statement said that Adwan "has a patriotic and national spirit" who exhibits a "desperate defense of the Palestinian cause." It stressed "our lack of confidence in the Zionist side and its narrative," and yet says "we are all proud of our son and his actions."

The Adwan tribe also called on the Jordanian government to make every possible effort to "restore the member of the Jordanian legislative authority from the hands of the Zionists, as soon as possible," considering that their son "is not a representative of his constituency, but of all Jordanians."

Other Jordanian groups likewise tried to simultaneously call Israeli officials liars while admitting that this kind of action was exactly what Adwan would do.

The National Forum to Support the Resistance and Protect the Homeland in Jordan called for Adwan's immediate release, saying that "despite the lack of information received, which comes from the Zionist occupier only, every Jordanian knows is that Representative Imad Al-Adwan breathes Palestinian concern and identifies with the heroics of the revolutionary Palestinian youth."

For its part, the Jordanian Workers Party is incensed at Israel's breach of protocol for not honoring Adwan's parliamentary immunity. "This procedure should not have taken place in the first place, given that the representative holds a diplomatic passport, and international norms require that his car not be searched, and his arrest is contrary to international norms."

From what I can tell, Adwan does not benefit from diplomatic immunity for any actions done in a private capacity - and presumably the government of Jordan did not want him to smuggle weapons.

Kill the Jews: The Musical

MEMRI posted this clip from Palestinian TV, showing a musical number that glorifies killing Jews.

On March 27, 2023, Palestine TV (Palestinian Authority) aired a musical titled “The Journey of a Nation.” The musical was performed in Khan Yunis, Gaza and depicts the “struggle” of the Palestinians since the 1917 Balfour Declaration until the 2004 death of Yasser Arafat. In the musical, dancers dressed in military fatigues and carrying mock rifles sing about fighting the “enemy” with machine guns, RPGs, daggers, rifles, and bombs, everywhere between Gaza and Rosh HaNikra in northern Israel. The men sing: “The blood of the martyrs will light our way.” In another song, children dance, throw stones, and sing: “In Gaza and in the Balata refugee camp, in Jerusalem, and in Ramallah, we rose up in an Intifada.. Our lands will be regained […] only with blood and stones.” The performance was organized by the PLO’s Department of Refugee Affairs.

But Arafat swore they ended armed resistance in 1993! I mean, he couldn't have been lying, could he?

And if all the people are fedayeen, then that means that they are all legitimate targets, right? That is their logic for targeting every Israeli civilian - does that work for Palestinians as well?

I looked up what these sweet mothers had done to be placed into prison, and modified the poster to show the truth.

Palestinians love dead Jews. Four examples from the past few days.

News item:

The latest PCPSR survey of Palestinians shows that 71% supported the cold-blooded murder of the Yaniv brothers, executed in their car in Huwara with multiple gunshots.

Only 21% opposed murdering random Jews.

German tourists who used a car share app drove to Nablus to get a coffee, and found themselves under attack because the car had an Israeli license plate. They were lightly injured and the car was heavily damaged.

An Israeli man in Colombia was kidnapped by a would-be "date" and had to be rescued by police. Arab media has been very interested in this story, saying this happened "coinciding with the occupation forces committing massacres against the Palestinian people" and that "he got what he deserved."

A cute Palestinian girl on was shown on TikTok saying that she wants to stab Jews to death, making the videographer very happy.

2 year old Israeli girl dies from injuries - was she the victim of a car ramming attack?

Today, 2-year old Hadar Noga Lavi was laid to rest less than a week after being critically wounded in a head-on collision as her mother was returning her from a medical appointment.

Her mother, Idit Lavi of Shiloh, is convinced that her daughter was the victim of a suicide terror attack.

The mother said that Hadar had hurt her back and she took her to Shaarei Tzedek hospital in Jerusalem on Saturday night. She was returning, driving on Route 60 in Samaria, when she saw a car approaching her in the wrong lane. She swerved to the opposite lane, he followed her, and she zig-zagged back to the right lane and he again followed her and crashed into her car head-on.

While Idit Lavi is certain that it was an intentional attack, Israeli police and the Binyamin council are treating this as a simple car accident, complaining about the road conditions that contributed to the crash and about wild Arab drivers on that road.

Arabic media reports from the time do seem to indicate that it was a multi-vehicle accident. Three Arabs were killed and others injured in other cars.

Perhaps the Palestinian driver, with two other young men in the car, was playing "chicken."

But since Hadar's death today, Arab media prefer the narrative that this was a terror operation, calling Hadar a "female settler." Palestinians would rather than their own heroically die by trying to kill a young mother and small daughter than think that they died in an accident.

Palestinian media enthusiastically catalogues terror attacks - far more than even Israeli media

The Western media is filled with images of the IDF "invading" Palestinian cities and with statistics about how high the Palestinian casualty count in the West Bank is this year compared to previous years. The impression from the media is an inversion of the truth, where the IDF is portrayed as acting out of blind revenge while the Palestinians are helpless.

Palestinian media has a different narrative. Instead of being victims, they are the heroic instigators of these battles.

Of course, every dead Jew is celebrated, but they go way beyond that - counting every shooting attack, firebomb, Molotov cocktail, all in the context of "heroic resistance."

A Palestinian group named Maati has been keeping these statistics since January 2022. Last month they counted:

1,117 total "acts of resistance"

8 Israelis killed

144 "shooting operations"

4 "stabbing operations"

34 explosive devices

26 firebombs

Hundreds of "stone throwing" operations

January was even worse, with 1,448 total "acts of resistance" and 159 shooting attacks. 15 Israelis have been killed this year.

The number of Palestinian shooting attacks has increased dramatically over the past year, according to Maati:

This is an average of five shooting attacks a day this year - and hardly any are reported!

The Western media has their narrative, and there is no room there for the pride that Palestinians have in their "heroes" to the extent that every bullet and stone is a cause for celebration.

When you report only half the story, you aren't reporting. You are propagandizing.

Palestinian mother tells son how to be a martyr. (He listened.)

Muntasir Al-Shawa, above, was a 16-year-old child soldier of the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade.

On February 8, when religious Jews were going to visit the Joseph's Tomb shrine to pray as they do every couple of weeks, he decided to fight the Israeli soldiers protecting them.

He expected to, and wanted to, die. And he indeed got injured and died a couple of weeks later.

Palestinian Media Watch quotes his mother when he told her his plans to become a "martyr."

The day before [my son’s] injury [from which he died], he told me: ‘I want to go to the Balata refugee camp [near Joseph's Tomb], and I'll come back to you as a Martyr.’ I laughed at him and told him: ‘Do you think being a Martyr is something trivial? Go bathe, pray, bow down to Allah, and then there might be a chance that Allah will agree to accept you [as a Martyr].’ The following night he came back to me as a Martyr. Praise Allah.

What kind of a culture has mothers encouraging their children to die - and giving them advice to accomplish that goal?

Palestinians have a sick, depraved and perverted culture.

Author Susan Abulhawa is embarrassed to be outed as a terror supporter (UPDATE)

Susan Abulhawa is an award winning author who is also a supporter of terrorism.

On Monday, she tweeted, "This is your daily reminder that Zionism is the contemporary face of Nazism and white supremacy. The fairytales of Israel's benevolence, democracy, etc are promulgated by an intensely funded global propaganda machine."

I responded with a poster I had made a couple of weeks ago, showing that she prominently displayes a photo of terrorist Dalal Mughrabi in her office. Mughrabi murdered 38 Israelis, including 13 children, in the 1978 Coastal Road Massacre.

She immediately blocked me.

But the story doesn't quite end there.

I originally published that poster on February 1. I took the image from her biographical page in a site called Palestine Writes, a literature festival.

According to archive.org, the webpage that had this photo was taken down by February 4.

Either Abulhawa asked that the site take down her embarrassing photo, or the Palestine Writes people themselves decided to take it down. In fact, all mentions of her at the site have been scrubbed, although their Facebook page has a recent mention of Abulhawa, still mentioning her as a festival director.

Whoever took it down, clearly Abulhawa's posing in front of photos of terrorists like Mughrabi and Ghassan Kanafani (who worked with the Japanese Red Army on the 1972 Lod Airport massacre) has caused embarrassment among people who claim that they have the moral high ground. Instead of publicly condemning Dalal Mughrabi, they want to hide the evidence that they support the most heinous female terrorist in history.

Abulhawa herself has a long history of antisemitism, delighting in comparing Israel to Nazi Germany (h/t GnasherJew):

I hope that people tweet this poster of her Mughrabi photo every time she makes another claim about how Israel is immoral. My response gathered far more "Likes" than her original post, which is pretty rare on Twitter, so this must have stung.

UPDATE: Mark Humphrys found a larger version of her photo, from 2020 on her website:

But on her Amazon page, she doesn't have either Mughrabi and Kanafani!

There is strong evidence that the Amazon photo was taken first, which means that Abulhawa didn't have those photos on her wall - but she Photoshopped them there.
