PMW: Fatah officials: Killing “settlers” is legal and "national duty"
“The settlers’ presence is illegal, and therefore every measure taken against them is legitimate and legal,” according to Fatah Central Committee Member Jamal Muhaisen. [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 7, 2015] This attitude which has often been expressed by PA and Fatah officials, explains the great support being expressed by Palestinian officials for the recent murders of Israeli civilians.
Another Palestinian official, PLO Executive Committee member Mahmoud Ismail, said that the killing of Naama and Eitam Henkin in their car in front of their four children was not merely legal but was fulfilling Palestinian “national duty.” [Official PA TV, Oct. 6, 2015]
As Israel continues to experience daily terror all over the country, including four stabbings yesterday and three more today, the Palestinian Authority and Fatah continue to express support for what they are quick to call a “popular uprising”. While telling the world that it does not want an intifada and that it is against terror, the PA is telling its people to continue its attacks on Israelis calling it a "popular uprising":
PLO official: Killing Israeli parents of 4 children is "national duty"

The Palestinians' New Intifada
Yesterday, a friend, Josh Hasten [Voice of Israel radio], was set upon by a crowd of rock-wielding Palestinians, while he was driving to Jerusalem. "I saw a mob of 40 to 50 masked Palestinians on the side of the road. They were holding rocks and cinder blocks," Hasten said. "As they approached my car, I took out my gun and fired one round in the air. The shot obviously scared them and they ran up the hill away from the road. I have no doubt that I would be dead now if I hadn't used my gun. They were going to kill me."
In Europe and the West, acts of terrorist violence are relatively rare; in Israel, they occur several times a day -- on a regular basis.
Last week, Palestinian Authority (PA) President Mahmoud Abbas spoke at the United Nations, highlighting Israeli "crimes," but without specifying any. He is, apparently, aware of losing control of the Palestinian "street," which now seems to feel closer to radical elements within Palestinian society -- especially since Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad take credit for recent murders in Israel.
Palestinians who commit terrorist attacks are not, as in Europe, radicalized primarily by social media or clerics. They are, rather, radicalized primarily by their own Palestinian Authority or Hamas leadership. Arab children watch other Arab children on television throwing rocks and firebombs, and speaking of knifing and shooting Jews, and they want a part of the action.
Palestinians joyous by sharing pictures of dead Israelis
Palestinians have been celebrating the murder of Israelis by distributing the pictures of the killed Israelis and the terror scenes on Twitter and Facebook, according to the official PA daily. The “most significant” picture is that of the dead young Israeli couple Naama and Eitam Henkin who were murdered in front of their four children last week. According to the PA daily, the killing of the couple brings “joy” to Palestinians who see the killing as “heroic”.
“Palestinian users of the social networks Facebook and Twitter posted pictures from the scene of the settlement Itamar operation (i.e., terror attack murder of Naama and Eitam Henkin in front of their four children) south of Nablus, the most significant being the picture of the killed woman settler and her husband, alongside expressions of joy over the operation which they described as “heroic.” [Palestinian] citizens expressed their joy over this event.”
[Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 2, 2015]
Culture of Hate - the Palestinian Incitement Kills
The recent series of attacks against Israelis is the direct result of incitement by radical Islamist and terrorist elements, calling Palestinian youth to murder Jews. The culture of hate in the Palestinian media, schools and social networks, together with the statements of Palestinian leaders, has reached new and gruesome heights.

Israel asks YouTube to pull inciting, pro-terror videos
YouTube on Wednesday removed one of two Palestinian propaganda videos from its website that seem to encourage stabbing attacks against Jews and Israelis, after Israel’s Foreign Ministry complained that the clips glorify and promote terror.
In a letter to YouTube’s parent company, Google, Jerusalem officials said the posted clips contained “violent and inciting content in which terrorists are praised and their acts staged in videos to promote further violence against Israelis and Jews.”
The videos, the ministry said, depicted Jews and Israelis as “hateful and racist.” It noted that since their publication, several terror attacks against Israelis have taken place.
The removed video shows a keffiyeh-clad young Palestinian man looking at footage on his phone of recent clashes between Israeli security forces and Palestinian rioters at the Temple Mount. The setting appears to depict Jerusalem’s Old City. Two “Jewish” characters — wearing stereotypical religious clothing — walk by, harassing and kicking young children playing football, which supposedly enrages the young man, who proceeds to stab one of the “Jewish” men in the heart and then chases the other to slash his throat.
The Myth That Abbas Fights Terror
While Palestinians were killing four Israelis in back-to-back terror attacks last week, I received an email lauding Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas for his vital role in fighting such terror. This email was parroting a very popular myth: that Abbas deserves the credit for the past several years of relative calm. Yet in reality, Abbas had nothing to do with producing this calm and little to do with maintaining it. And a simple year-by-year breakdown of the very numbers his cheerleaders cite to praise him is enough to prove it.
The myth relies on one completely true fact: Israeli fatalities have fallen dramatically since the height of the second intifada, from 452 in 2002 to 6 in 2013. But those who seek to credit Abbas for this development overlook two crucial details.
First, almost three-quarters of this drop occurred even before Abbas replaced Yasser Arafat as PA president in November 2004. Israeli fatalities fell from their 2002 peak of 452 to 208 in 2003 and 117 in 2004; a cumulative decline of 74 percent. Yet during those years, Arafat was still in charge.
Second, the remaining drop happened during years when Abbas was indeed PA president but had zero control on the ground because the Israel Defense Forces retook control of the entire West Bank in March 2002. Only five years later did they begin gradually returning certain areas to PA control.
When the IDF reasserted control in 2002, it launched a massive, years-long operation to defang the terrorist organizations that until then had used the PA as their home base. That’s why Israeli fatalities fell by roughly 50 percent a year during the last two years of Arafat’s rule, and why they continued to fall by roughly 50 percent a year during the first three years of Abbas’s rule – from 117 in 2004 to 56 in 2005, 30 in 2006 to 13 in 2007.
PreOccupiedTerritory: Abbas Appeals For Calm, More Killing (satire)
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas attempted to reduce tensions with Israel today after more than a week of deadly violence, calling on his people to halt the escalation and to keep killing Jews.
In a televised address to the Palestinian people, Abbas stressed the importance of maintaining stability and order, and of offing as many Jews as possible by whatever means, including stabbing them, running them over, shooting them, stoning them, or even lynching them, as nearly occurred this morning (Wednesday) in Jerusalem. A calm situation, stressed the president, should remain their goal, and in the process of restoring calm, the Palestinian people should seek the deaths of Jews by whatever methods present themselves.
“Violence is not our way,” stressed Abbas. “Now go forth and defend Jerusalem with all your might, for every drop of blood spilled there is sacred! At whatever price, do not let the Zionist usurper place his filthy feet anywhere near Al Aqsa!” he declared.
Khaled Abu Toameh: Fatah leaders 'salute' Palestinians for rising to defend al-Aksa Mosque
Fatah leaders who met in Ramallah on Wednesday “saluted” the Palestinians for “rising to defend their al-Aksa Mosque and confronting terrorist settlers.”
The members of the Fatah Central Council, including Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, called on Palestinians to “preserve the popular nature” of the current protests “as part of a comprehensive national strategy to avoid sliding into the Israeli square.”
A statement released at the end of the meeting said that the Fatah Central Council stands behind Abbas’s policies as expressed in his recent speech at the UN General Assembly.
Abbas’s spokesman, Nabil Abu Rudaineh, said that the PA president briefed the Fatah leaders on the outcome of his contacts with various parties “in order to secure international protection for the Palestinians, who are facing wanton Israeli aggression.”
America Yawns as Jews Die
Obama has demonstrated over the past seven years that no matter what the Palestinians do to sink peace hopes or provoke a response from the Israelis, he will blame Netanyahu. If Abbas thinks he will gain some advantage from refusing to negotiate with Israel and by promoting violence, it is because Obama has signaled that he approves of more pressure being put on the Netanyahu government. When, as it did this past spring, the State Department announces that it is “reassessing” its stance in defense of Israel at the UN, can it really surprise anyone when the Palestinians seek to test how far they can go in pushing the envelope on violence? Moreover, although the supposedly “hard-line” Netanyahu government is being blasted by both the left and right inside Israel for what is seen as a passive approach to the crisis, Abbas is also counting on a fiercely critical international response to any measures that Israel uses to quell the violence.
Abbas and his Hamas rivals wish each other dead and the only thing separating the PA leader from eternity is Israel’s determination that keeping him in power in the West Bank is better than the alternative. But both sides share the goal of isolating Israel. The point is, the more the U.S. equivocates about this wave of Palestinian terror, the less reason Palestinian terror groups will have to rein in their members or the population that they have whipped into a state of mass insanity rooted in religious hatred. More U.S. statements that see the deaths of terror victims and those of the terrorists as morally equivalent will only encourage more such fatalities.
Is it too late to rein in the Palestinians? That isn’t clear. But so long as Obama seems more interested in settling scores with Netanyahu and leaving a legacy that will create some permanent “daylight” between Washington and Jerusalem, you can bet the Palestinian leadership will be thinking that they keep pushing. In the meantime, Jewish blood will flow as will that of the Palestinians who are being sent forth to sacrifice themselves on the altar of their national obsession with eliminating Israel and the Jewish presence in their ancient homeland. Seen from that perspective, Obama’s legacy is a terrible indictment of American passivity in the face of hate.
US Jewish leaders to Obama: Cut funding to Abbas if he won’t curb terrorism
The Jewish leaders said the government of Israel “must do everything possible to apprehend those responsible and to prevent further incidents.” It also said “the media tends to minimize the nature of these assaults by describing ‘stone-throwing youths’. In fact, these are deadly boulders that have killed and maimed many. In addition, weapons taken from soldiers and knives have been used in recent attacks that took lives and wounded many. At the same time, Israel’s restrained response is often described in exaggerated terms, with the media equating those trying to uphold law and order with those engaged in terror and violence.”
Abbas and the PA “must be held to account for their direct and indirect roles in inciting the populace, especially the frequent references to Al-Aqsa being ‘under siege’ when they know that not to be the case,” the statement continued. “In fact, Israel restricts Jewish worshipers while allowing far greater freedom to Palestinians to pray at this holy site. When Abbas declares that the Temple Mount is ‘ours’ and says the same of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, he denies the existence of the two Temples and all the Judeo-Christian ties and heritage. Urging Palestinians to rise up to protect the Al-Aqsa Mosque leads to the inevitable consequence of confrontation and violence.”
The conference statement concluded that while people have the right to defend themselves, “we hope that they will not take the law into their own hands and allow Israeli security and police officials to act, hopefully with the cooperation of Palestinian security forces. The escalating situation serves the interests only of the extremists forces in the region who will exploit these tensions to the detriment of all.”
Terror Victim's Brother Slams US Policy in Letter to Envoy
The brother of terror victim Rabbi Eitam Henkin wrote a harshly worded letter this week to US Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro attacking the Obama administration's foreign policy.
Rabbi Henkin, a dual US-Israeli citizen, was brutally shot dead along with his wife Naama in front of their four children in Samaria exactly a week ago. A five member Hamas terror cell has been arrested for the murders.
Blasting US President Barack Obama's "unexplainable and unjustifiable policy," Dr. Yigal Henkin sarcastically offered his "condolences" to Shapiro for having to defend it on a daily basis.
"You have to defend a US government which on the one hand demanded that Israel should not free Palestinian terrorists with American blood on their hands, and on the other hand demanded that Israel will free Palestinian terrorists with Israeli blood on their hand," Henkin slammed.
"Apart from the blatant hypocrisy, the US government has seemed to forget that by doing so it raised the chances that more people, among them US citizens like my brother Eitam, would be murdered at the hands of a cold blooded terrorists."
Netanyahu: There’s a terror wave, but we’ve overcome worse
Netanyahu hailed Israeli resilience and praised police for their work to crack down on Palestinian unrest, during a visit to a Jerusalem police station.
“We are still in the midst of a wave of terror,” the prime minister told officers on a day which saw five separate attacks on Israelis, including three stabbings.
“We have known worse times than this and we will also overcome this wave of terrorism with determination, responsibility and unity,” he added.
Netanyahu spoke hours after a Palestinian man stabbed a soldier with a pair of scissors and grabbed his gun before fleeing into an apartment in Kiryat Gat. The assailant was shot and killed by police shortly after.
“I want to commend the courage and composure displayed by Israel’s citizens in recent days, as well as today in Jerusalem and Kiryat Gat.”
Wave of violence reaches Kiryat Gat, Petah Tikva
Palestinian terrorists attacked Israelis across the country on Wednesday, jarring residents from Kiryat Gat to Petah Tikva, and wounding close to a dozen people.
An Israeli man was stabbed and badly wounded in Petah Tikva in the first stabbing attack in the Gush Dan area since the recent wave of violence began.
The Shin Bet said 25-yearold Tamer Yunes Ahmed Varidat, a resident of Dahariya in the West Bank, got off a bus and stabbed a 25-yearold Israeli man before he was apprehended by bystanders.
Varidat had no prior arrests or security record, the Shin Bet said. He was taken into custody for questioning by security authorities.
The Israeli victim suffered moderate injuries and was taken to the nearby Rabin Medical Center - Beilinson Campus in Petah Tikva for treatment.
Video taken of the incident shows the attacker standing on the sidewalk pacing back and forth after stabbing the Israeli, before passersby tackled and held him down until police arrived.
The attack took place in the early evening outside the Kenyon Hagadol – the city’s largest shopping mall, on Jabotinsky Street, one of the busiest thoroughfares in central Israel.
It was the sixth attack in the country of the day.
One injured in fresh stabbing attack outside Tel Aviv
One person was moderately injured in a knife attack outside Tel Aviv Wednesday evening, the latest in a series of stabbing assaults as Israel wrestles with an ongoing wave of terror.
The attack took place at 6:30 p.m. in central Petah Tikva, next to a busy shopping mall and across the street from the city’s Beilinson Hospital.
The wounded man, 25, was injured in the upper part of his torso and rushed to the hospital in moderate but stable condition, a spokesperson for the Magen David Adom rescue service said.
His name was not immediately released.
The stabber was identified by the Shin Bet security service as Tamer Younis Ahmed Vareidat, 25, from the town of Daheira, near Hebron.
“Immediately upon getting off the bus, he began to stab a citizen, who had been on the sidewalk, in the upper body,” police said in a statement. “The citizen was moderately injured. Civilians on the scene apprehended the attacker.”
Bystander Who Caught Terrorist: I Felt No Fear
After first running away from the attacker, Kasau turned around and pursued him - as he plunged his knife into his victim.
"I started to run after him and he turned around and stabbed the guy who was with me over there," he said. "The people here from the mall helped us to catch him."
The brave have-a-go-hero then went back to help tend to the injured victim, who was evacuated to nearby Beilinson hospital with light wounds.
Despite the terrifying circumstances, Kasau said wasn't afraid.
"We didn't feel fear." (h/t Jewess)

Female Soldier, 3 Others Stabbed in Tel Aviv
A female soldier and four civilians were stabbed and lightly wounded by a terrorist in central Tel Aviv's Begin Street Thursday afternoon, in the second such terrorist attack today.
An Air Force soldier and policemen who were at the scene chased after the terrorist to nearby Mozes street, where they shot and killed him.
Magen David Adom teams evacuated the soldier, 20, to hospital, along with a woman aged about 60, a man aged about 40 and another woman aged about 40. They are all conscious and were stabbed in the upper body. A fifth victim was also reported.
The terrorist appears to have been armed with a screwdriver. The attack took place near Azrieli Towers and the Kirya area.
Witness Chaim Abraham told Arutz Sheva he heard "several fast shots."
"I heard the shots and saw people running in the street," he said.
Israeli seriously hurt in terror attack near Hebron
A Palestinian suspect stabbed an Israeli man in the back Thursday near the West Bank settlement of Kiryat Arba, next to the West Bank city of Hebron.
The victim was seriously injured in the attack, the third of the day, which came close on the heels of stabbings in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
Magen David Adom paramedics believed the man was stabbed in Hebron, but managed to make his way to the nearby settlement of Kiryat Arba on his own.
The 25-year-old Jewish victim was in serious condition and was taken to Jerusalem for treatment. Magen David Adom paramedics said they were fighting to save the victim’s life in the ambulance en route to Jerusalem’s Shaare Zedek hospital.
Morning after violent riots, Jaffa residents take stock
The clashes in Jerusalem seemed closer than ever to Tel Avivians on Wednesday morning, at least according to the headlines. The night before a motorcycle procession and rally in solidarity with protests over al-Aksa Mosque spun out of control, bringing the recent turmoil to the Tel Aviv area for the first time in months.
When the dust settled Tuesday night, a handful of policeman had been lightly wounded and six protesters were arrested for clashing with the police in a riot that saw masked stone-throwers attack a bus, torch dumpsters and face off with law enforcement officers on Yefet Street, Jaffa’s main thoroughfare.
It was some of the worst rioting in the city between Jews and Arabs since the second intifada, when clashes were followed by a boycott by Jews against local Arabowned businesses. In the years since, the town has seen many protests – against soaring housing costs, the passing of the Nakba Law and in solidarity with Palestinians during wars and IDF operations, among others.
Tuesday night’s headlines were a stark reminder of the October 2000 violence.
IDF thwarts vehicular terror attack near Ma'aleh Adumim
A Palestinian vehicle tried to break through the A-Zaim security checkpoint near Ma'aleh Adumim in an attempt to run over security forces on Wednesday, the IDF reported.
Border Police at the scene fired shots at the vehicle and apprehended the driver.
The 30-year-old suspected terrorist was taken to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem and is currently in moderate condition.
Two Israelis were injured in the incident and were transported to Hadassah University Medical Center on Jerusalem's Mount Scopus.
Palestinian attacker stabs soldier, is shot dead by police
A Palestinian man stabbed an IDF soldier and grabbed his gun in the southern city of Kiryat Gat on Wednesday. He then fled to a fourth floor apartment, where he was shot and killed by police.
The soldier was lightly injured in the attack, with wounds to his head, apparently inflicted with a pair of scissors.
A second soldier was injured as well.
Magen David Adom paramedics provided first aid at the scene, the rescue service reported.
Israeli Woman Recounts Surviving Home Invasion by Palestinian Terrorist: ‘I Saw Death Before My Eyes’
A woman who narrowly escaped a Palestinian terrorist attack recounted her ordeal on Channel 2 News on Wednesday.
Kiryat Gat resident Liat Ohana described fending off Amjad Hatem al-Jundi, a 20-year-old Palestinian from Yata in the West Bank — who pushed his way into her apartment after stabbing an Israeli soldier across the street and fleeing to her building.
Al-Jundi, who was staying in Israel illegally, stabbed the soldier as he was getting off a bus, and stole his rifle. (The soldier sustained light wounds; Al-Jundi was later killed by police.)
“I came into my house after doing some shopping,” Liat recalled. “As I was closing the door, the terrorist pushed it open. I saw [his] weapon and immediately understood [what was happening].”
Liat, who was in the apartment with her mother, said that al-Jundi then started yelling in Arabic, while aiming the gun at them. He tried to shoot her, but there were no bullets in the stolen rifle’s magazine.
“The terrorist entered the kitchen and took a knife, and I immediately ran out [of the apartment],” she said.
Al-Jundi then chased and tried to stab her.
Kiryat Gat Terrorist Who Stabbed IDF Soldier Was Hamas Member
A terrorist who was shot and killed by Israeli police after stabbing an IDF soldier and stealing his gun in Kiryat Gat on Wednesday was a member of Hamas.
The Gaza-based terrorist organization has confirmed that Ahmed al-Jundi was a member of the Hebron branch of the group.
Jundi was a resident of Yatta, a suburb of Hebron.
Israeli Sappers Detonate Roadside Bomb on Samaria Road
Israeli police sappers were called Wednesday evening to detonate a roadside bomb apparently planted by Palestinian Arab terrorists on a road in Samaria.
The trap was well laid: The explosive appeared to be an unobtrusive object on the road connecting the small Jewish communities of Peduel and Bruchin.
The sappers detonated the object – which actually was a bomb – without fanfare. No injuries were reported in the incident.
Earlier this evening, a Border Guard Police officer sustained facial wounds while she was working to disperse a mob of stone-throwing Palestinian Arabs who were attacking the police. The officer, who required medical treatment, was evacuated to a medical facility.
Jerusalem mayor calls on residents to carry guns
Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat on Thursday encouraged all Israelis with a gun license to carry a weapon with them at all times in order to counter a recent wave of Palestinian attacks.
The mayor’s call to arms came after several weeks in which the capital was rocked by several stabbing incidents as well as rock and Molotov cocktail attacks. The focus of violence was in and around the Old City and its Temple Mount compound.
In an interview with Army Radio, Barkat responded to footage of himself walking around the city at night carrying what at first glance appeared to be a rifle, asserting that reports “simply got the facts wrong.”
The gun in question, he said, was a Glock 23 handgun, paired with a pistol-to-carbine conversion kit that “makes the gun more accurate and thus safer.”
Jerusalem police install metal detectors around Muslim Quarter of Old City
The Israel Police on Thursday installed metal detectors in and around the Old City of Jerusalem — primarily on roads surrounding the Muslim Quarter — after a spate of stabbing attacks, many of which occurred in the area.
Police say the move was ordered by Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan.
“The detectors are being placed in line with security assessments, field analysis and threats, in order to bolster security for city residents and its many visitors,” a police statement read.
The detectors have been installed at the Jaffa Gate, Damascus Gate, Hagai Street, the Via Dolorosa and Hashalshelet Street.

‘I’m going to become a martyr,’ Palestinian teen wrote before attack
A Palestinian teen who stabbed an Israeli man in a terror attack Wednesday wrote of her desire to become a shahid, or martyr, hours before carrying out the knifing.
“I’m going to become a shahid [martyr],” 18-year-old Shorouq Dwayyat wrote in a Facebook post Wednesday morning.
In the post, Dwayyat, a resident of East Jerusalem’s Tsur Baher neighborhood and a student at Bethlehem University, wrote:
“Mother: Where are you going?
Mother, I am going to become a shahid
Mother, I want to ask a request of you
Don’t cry about me, when I become a shahid
#Our greatest desire is to become shadids for Allah”
JCPA: Terror Attack Claimed by “Abd al-Qader al-Husseini Storm Troopers”
Immediately after the murder of the couple near Itamar, Naama and Eitam Henkin, in front of their children, a group from Fatah issued a statement claiming responsibility for the murder.
It turned out that the murder was actually carried out by a Hamas terror cell, however, this Fatah group’s name and their plans, should not only worry Israel, but also the Palestinian Authority. While this Fatah group may not have carried out the murders, it is apparent from their well-financed website, qhossaini.com that they possess financial resources.
With the Palestinian world in a state of flux, it is important to take this group’s mission statement seriously.
The group is named after Abd al-Qader al-Husseini, commander of the “Holy Jihad” troops of the Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin al-Husseini, in the days of the British Mandate. For years, Arafat’s PLO tried to expunge this chapter in Palestinian history because the Palestinian leadership (once based in Tunisia after their expulsion from Beirut) wanted to base their legitimacy on the rhetoric of refugees and not on the history of the Palestinian struggle in the Land of Israel itself.
Shirley Temper’s Idolization of Terrorists
The Tamimi’s of Nabi Saleh – otherwise known as Shirley Temper‘s family – are not just violent protesters and propagandists. They are also terrorist supporters.
As I have shown in the past, Bassem Tamimi, aka Father Temper, publicly idolizes terrorists.
Manal Tamimi, one of the Tamimi women, is currently having a blast while her heroes murder and attempt to murder Jews. Here is just a sample of her tweets:
Hamas: The PA is 'Betraying' the Palestinian People
Hamas is accusing the Palestinian Authority (PA), led by chairman Mahmoud Abbas, of being responsible for the capture of the five terrorists responsible for the brutal shootings of Rabbi Eitam and Naama Henkin last Thursday night near Itamar.
The five members of Hamas were arrested by Israeli security forces following a complex security and intelligence operation.
Ahmed Bahar, one of the leaders of Hamas and deputy chairman of the Palestinian Legislative Council, claimed that the circumstances of the arrest of the terror cell that carried out the "heroic operation", as he put it, contradict Abbas’s remarks in his UN speech of the PA’s intention to halt security coordination with Israel.
“This is another in a series of crimes committed by the security coordination,” he charged and called on all Palestinian organizations to condemn the policy of the Palestinian Authority and to pressure it to halt security coordination with Israel.
Hamas and Islamic Jihad Praise Terror Attacks, Yeshiva Student Stabbed
The Palestinian terrorist groups Hamas and Islamic Jihad praised Wednesday’s terrorist attacks that targeted Israeli Jews in Jerusalem, Kiryat Gat, and Petah Tikva, calling on Palestinians to commit more attacks. Indeed, after Wednesday’s three stabbing attacks, Thursday brought more of the same, with a Palestinian terrorist stabbing a Jewish yeshiva student in his 20s at a light rail station in Jerusalem’s French Hill neighborhood.
Hamas said the perpetrator of Wednesday’s Kiryat Gat attack, Amjad al-Jundi, was a member of the Gaza-ruling group. Al-Jundi, a resident of the Palestinian village of Yatta near Hebron, was killed in a shootout with security forces who arrived at the scene of the attack.
The Fatah movement, led by Palestinian Authority (PA) President Mahmoud Abbas, praised the “struggle to defend Al-Aqsa mosque” on the Temple Mount, but at the same time called for the “continuation of popular, unarmed resistance.” PA Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah blamed the recent surge of violence on “the crimes of Israeli settlers.”
As Jewish blood runs in the streets, Palestinians protest in San Francisco
Remember when the Palestinians massacred 8 children at Mecatz Harav and their compatriots protested at the San Francisco Israeli consulate?
Its happening again.
105 rock attacks, 35 firebombings, and three stabbing attacks took place across Israel today.
As Jewish blood flows in the streets of Israel, a protest is planned in front of the Israeli consulate in San Francisco, 456 Montgomery, because the Palestinians are the victims, damn it, the victims and don't you ever forget that.
This salute to terror is sponsored by the General Union of Palestinians students (GUPS)
US says it is ‘deeply concerned’ over escalating violence
White House spokesman Josh Earnest said the US “condemns in the strongest possible terms violence against Israeli and Palestinian civilians.”
He called on “all parties to take affirmative steps to restore calm and refrain from actions and rhetoric that would further inflame tensions in that region of the world.”
Asked by a reporter if the latest spate of Palestinian terror attacks and West Bank clashes that left four Israelis and three Palestinian protesters dead marked the start of a “third intifada,” the White House spokesman declined to answer, instead calling for “cooler heads” to prevail.
EU calls on Israelis, Palestinians to restore calm, resume talks
EU Foreign Policy chief Federica Mogherini on Thursday called on both Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas to “promote calm” and “encourage restraint”amid an upsurge in Palestinian terror attacks in Israel and the West Bank, and violent clashes between West Bank Palestinians and Israeli security forces.
“The continuing deadly violence in East Jerusalem and the West Bank, claiming lives of several people and injuring many more, poses a real risk of further escalation. Our thoughts are with the victims and their families,” she said in a statement.
“It is now vital that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and President Mahmoud Abbas show leadership to promote calm, encourage restraint and avoid actions which further fuel tensions. The cooperation between Israel and the Palestinian Authority to de-escalate the situation and to restore order is crucially important,” the statement read.
Mogherini said in her statement both Israelis and Palestinians have “the right to live in security.”
Christian Charity Fails to Condemn Palestinian Murder of Israeli Jews
Why is World Vision so quiet about the failure of Hamas to protect children in the Gaza Strip? Is the organization afraid of the terrorist organization, and as a result cannot effectively advocate for children in the Gaza Strip – except of course, when it can point the finger of blame at the Jewish state?
A more recent example of the organization’s anti-Israel bias can be seen in how the organization’s staffers responded to recent attacks against Israelis in the West Bank and Jerusalem.
Again, go to the Twitter feed for the organization’s operations in Jerusalem, the West Bank, and Gaza. Virtually every one of the tweets on this timeline highlight some controversy that paints Israel in a bad light. The tweets, rarely (if ever), point to anything that Palestinians have done wrong. There is no mention, for example of the murder of two Israeli Jews in front of their four children that took place last week. And there is no mention that after the attack, Palestinians took to the streets to celebrate.
Why can’t staffers from a Christian child advocacy organization comment on such an obvious crime against children? Is murdering someone’s parents in cold blood not a crime against childhood itself? Can World Vision remain silent about the antisemitic hate that has taken root in Palestinian society and still call itself a child welfare organization?
Reuters Bureau Chief Falsely Claims Israeli Agents Incite Palestinians to Throw Stones
Unfortunately for Luke Baker, AFP’s Andrea Bernardi, who recorded the footage of the incident, also blogged what he saw. The description includes the following:
The agents had arrived after the clashes had started and had been among the protesters for a while before making themselves known.
So if the clashes had already started and Palestinians were already throwing rocks at Israeli police before the undercover agents arrived, how then could they have “incited” the mob?
Sorry Luke Baker but it looks like you’ve been busted.
Arabs Release New Rules of Engagement [video]
After the Israeli police successfully managed to arrest large numbers of Arab stone throwers and rioters, by embedding undercover policemen within their ranks, the Arab terrorists have released new guidelines for engaging in stone throwing and other mob attacks against Israeli civilians and security forces.
The new rules of engagement were posted on their websites:
1) Stay in groups of not less then ten.
2) Use a code only known to that group.
3) Anyone joining a group must show his stomach and his leg.
4) Shirts in pants so as to see if he doesn’t have a weapon on him.
5) Don’t go near a group you don’t know.
6) When you discover an undercover security force, quietly make sure that everyone knows and then gather around him and throw rocks and stab him.
The new guidelines came out after a video appeared showing undercover security forces from the Duvdevan unit capturing rioters.
BBC Strikes Again: Terrorist's Death Leads Attack Coverage
BBC once again led its coverage of a terrorist attack against Israelis with news of the terrorist's death on Wednesday.
The article reports on an attack in Kiryat Gat, in which a terrorist stabbed an Israeli soldier snatched his gun, and ran into an apartment building with intent of killing more Jews.
But instead of leading with the innocent victims of the attack, the BBC headline reads: "Palestinian shot dead after stabbing soldier in Israel."
This is the second time in one week the BBC has been guilty of deliberately publishing a misleading headline, after it headlined Saturday's brutal murder of two Israeli Jews in Jerusalem as "Palestinian shot dead after Jerusalem attack kills two."
After an uproar, BBC admitted it was "mistaken" in publishing the headline, but refused to apologize.
Israeli Lives Matter – Sign Our Petition to the BBC
The BBC’s initial headline describing the Palestinian terrorist attack in which two Israelis were murdered was: “Palestinian shot dead after Jerusalem attack kills two.”
Those who came to the BBC website after the attack would be led to believe that the Hamas terrorist was actually the victim! This is an unacceptable error.

Erroneous LA Times Downplays Har Nof Atrocity
The caption states:
A relative of Ghassan abu Jamal, who was killed last year after attacking a religious school in Jerusalem, at the family home in East Jerusalem demolished by Israel.
Ghassan abu Jamal's attack was not on a "religious school." It was on four Jews engaged in their morning prayers in a Jerusalem synagogue, along with a Druze police officer who came to the scene to try to halt the murderous rampage. Abu Jamal, along with his another Palestinian attacker, brutally murdered the five Israelis. As The Los Angeles Times reported at the time:
Two attackers brandishing weapons including a handgun and a meat cleaver burst into the synagogue early Tuesday, killing four worshipers -- three of them with American citizenship, including a prominent rabbi, and the fourth a British national. As police officers converged on the scene within minutes, the assailants shot at least one of them before being slain. The officer later died, Israeli media reported.
PreOccupiedTerritory: E. Jerusalem Cutco Salesman Can’t Believe His Good Timing (satire)
Jamal Masri, 21, is effusive in describing his timing and good fortune, as his foray into direct-marketing of Cutco® brand knives has coincided with a Palestinian stabbing spree that increases local demand for his wares.
Masri throws around the term “hand of God” and “divine guidance” in describing the phenomenon, though he claims to be agnostic about religion. The senior at the Hebrew University originally entered the retail sales endeavor to help pay for his education, but the current spate of stabbings has him thinking bigger, perhaps even buying his own car or moving out of his parents’ house.
While at least one attacker relied on a screwdriver as his weapon, the recent Jerusalem stabbing attacks have involved bona fide cutlery, partly as a result of Hamas videos on YouTube that advise would-be stabbers on the selection of the proper implement for attempted murder. The insistence on the right weapon led to an uptick in business for Masri, whose American-made kitchen and camping knives boast such high quality that they come with a lifetime guarantee – and are priced accordingly. He declined to say how many customers have bought his knives to use as weapons, but did note that his stock was now depleted to the point that he had only poultry shears remaining. If the current pace of sales continues, he said, by tomorrow all orders would take at least several weeks to fill, since the knives are shipped from the Cutco facility in New York.
“If you contrast the quality of the outcome in today’s stabbing spree in Tel Aviv with that of last week’s double-homicide here in the Old City, the difference the blade manufacturer makes is clear as day,” noted Masri. “I’m not surprised the Tel Aviv attack resulted in only light injuries to the four victims. That’s basically what you get when you settle for an inferior product.”
