Rutgers University has voted to sponsor the University Chapter of the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF) for its semi-annual Meal Sign-Away program. While the PCRF now makes a point of stating it’s adherence to the US Treasury Anti Terrorist Financing Guidelines, terrorism seems to be a recurring theme with the PCRF and it’s personnel.
