[[File:Openly antisemitic Protester in Berlin (17.7.2014).jpg|Openly antisemitic Protester in Berlin (17.7.2014)]]

It’s been said that quashing antisemitic speech isn’t wise, for in forbidding expressions of antisemitism, you only drive the hate underground. Better our enemies should identify themselves by their hate speech, so we know who they are. Better they feel free to say what they really think, so we can gauge the danger to ourselves and our families.

So we can leave before the gates slam shut.

But it’s far more complicated than that. You have only to look at Europe to know this. Europe knows it went much too far with the Holocaust. So now it must look contrite to itself and to the world. It must at least pay lip service to silencing expressions of antisemitism.

How do we know it’s only a show of contrition and not the real thing? We know this because of Europe’s treatment of Israel, the only Jewish State.

Europe’s active anti-Israelism, such as the recent UN vote rejecting U.S. recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, is only putting lipstick on a pig, antisemitism in drag. Like Justice Potter Stewart and porn, we know it when we see it: Jew-hate. And Europe’s financial and verbal backing for the enemies of the Jewish State, for terrorism, is just part of the ongoing effort toward the genocide of the Jews.

Now because they don’t speak of the Final Solution or shove us into gas chambers, they think we’re fooled and maybe they’ve even fooled themselves. They think that having created legislation against antisemitism in Germany, they’ve passed the morality test. They don’t speak of hating Jews, so they can claim it’s something other than Jew-hate, though it’s not.

In substituting “Israel” for “Jew” they think they have every right to their hate, that it’s not unreasonable. They think this covert form of antisemitism makes antisemitism okay, polite, Western. They pat themselves on the back, congratulate themselves for this sea change. But antisemitism doesn’t come and go. It’s cyclical, cycling between overt and covert forms of the same thing.

Source Yad Vashem http://www.go2war2.nl/picture.asp?pictureid=2685

The cycle of antisemitism in its covert form is like a moth inside a cocoon. The moth must at some point, leave the cocoon, for this is part of the life cycle. By the same token, the cycle of overt antisemitism will always out. Just as this current covert form of EU antisemitism necessarily follows the overt antisemitism of the Holocaust.

As individuals, we tend to think of the overt form of antisemitism as being the more dangerous of the two. But the real danger is in failing to see both forms of antisemitism: overt and covert, as part of one continuous cycle, with one following the other with the inevitability of time. The covert antisemitism lulls Jews into thinking they are safe. Since they think they are safe they don’t leave the host country, become trapped, and then suffer and/or die in terrible ways.

Thinking you can stay in a place as long as antisemitism is in its covert phase of the cycle is a crap shoot. You really have no way of knowing if you’ll make it out in time. Your luck isn’t better than the luck of so many who waited too long to get out of Europe, not so long ago. And no matter where you go, you’ll experience the same cycle.

A synagogue in Tehran

These are the thoughts that occurred in relation to the vandalizing of the Chadash synagogue in the Maleh neighborhood of Shiraz, Iran. Reports have been sketchy. What has been reported thus far is that two Torah scrolls were torn to pieces, while the prayer books were found in the bathroom, many of the holy books submerged in toilets.

It’s a horrible story. An overt manifestation of antisemitism that brought to mind an incident of some 17 years ago. A friend I’d made through random chat on AIM was dating a fellow who was originally from Iran. She kept thinking he would propose any minute, but something was holding him back. I volunteered to talk to him, my friend consented.

I made my point: my friend was not getting any younger. She wanted to have children. If he wasn’t going to get serious and pop the question, he should let her move on.

He got the point and they were engaged the next day.

Why had he been dragging his feet?

It was all about his father, back in Iran.

My friend thought her suitor’s parents were divorced. But this was not so. The guy’s father was still married to her mother in-law-to-be, but he was in Iran, while his wife was in LA, for reasons unknown to my friend. My friend’s fiance didn’t want to get married without his father by his side. But it was a difficult and complicated thing to bring him to the States for the wedding.

Somehow, the father did make it over to the States for the occasion and my friend was surprised to see that her in-laws were this fabulous love story. They doted and fawned on each other.

She had assumed they couldn’t get along, which is why dad was in Iran, while mom was in LA.

Nothing could have been further from the truth.

Here is what really happened: they left Iran for a better life in LA. But dad couldn’t acclimate to the American way of life. He was a fish out of water.

He was miserable.

And so, even though he loved his wife and family, HE WENT BACK TO IRAN.

Unfricking real. To leave the safety of America for THAT. To leave his FAMILY for that. But so it was.

Now here he was, reunited with his family in LA, once more, for the sake of his son’s upcoming marriage.

Would he stay? They had all missed each other so much.

He stayed for two months. Pampered his wife night and day, 24/7. Enjoyed his family. Until he couldn’t. Couldn't take it anymore.

And went back to the covert antisemitism of Iran.

Because it’s what he was used to. It’s what he knew, his whole life.

Ever since then, every time there is a report of overt antisemitism in Iran, such as what happened at the Chadash synagogue, I fear for this man, though I never actually met him.

The man who went back to Iran is the prototype of the Jew who fools himself, thinks there is a lull in the hatred, while it is covert. He is the prototype of the Jew who doesn’t make it out when the cycle goes from covert to overt and the gates slam shut.

He is like the Jewish community in Germany, complaining every time there is an anti-Semitic incident. What are they even doing there in that horrible country with its awful history?? WHY are they still there?

Because they’re used to it. They’ve been lulled into Jewish somnolence, by the polite, covert cycle of German antisemitism. They don’t see what’s coming next. They don’t even know they’re caught in a never-ending cycle.

They don’t want to know.

Now you might wonder: if it happens all over the world, this cycle of antisemitism, even in Israel, then why try to escape it at all? Why make Aliyah?

The answer: Israel is the only place where your life will have meant something. Where if you die because a terrorist cuts you down, you do so defending your land, so your children might stay Jewish and inherit your inheritance. It’s the only place where just walking four cubits earns you a mitzvah.

You can’t escape the cycle of antisemitism. Not the covert and not the overt. Not anywhere. But throwing your lot in with your brethren in Israel, now that’s where you can make a difference by strengthening the Jewish presence in our indigenous land. It’s where you can do something beautiful for your people, instead of toiling for the society of those awful Europeans (or Iranians, etc.).

Isn’t it time you at least considered the notion of Aliyah?

Who knows? You maybe even stop the cycle, cold in its tracks, and change the world for good.

This tweet from Ken Roth of Human Rights Watch shows, yet again, that his bias against Israel is pathological.

Yes, Ken Roth has embraced the latest and wholly fallacious anti-Israel trend: to conflate Israel with white supremacists because the bigots claim to be Zionist.

Not because Israel embraces the bigots, but because the bigots pretend to embrace Israel.

I've shown how absurd these arguments are before and have shown that the exact same logic damns the "progressives" far more than Zionists because neo-Nazis love to quote the anti-Israel articles written by the supposedly liberal progressives.

The neo-Nazis know Jew-hatred when they read it, and the neo-Nazi Stormfront site has quoted both Mondoweiss and Electronic Intifada over 100 times each, Ali Abunimah himself over 35  times, and Max Blumenthal over 80 times.  Today's Nazis aren't approvingly quoting Naftali Bennett or Binyamin Netanyahu - they are quoting the people that Ken Roth links to on his Twitter feed.

In fact, Stormfront also quotes Human Rights Watch for fuel for its anti-Israel articles. Stormfront was just taken down, but Google cache shows several of the articles:

This article at Stormfront that quotes Ken Roth and HRW has a headline that would be right at home at "progressive" websites that HRW employees write for.

Which means, according to this logic, that HRW is a Nazi-sympathizing organization.

But Ken Roth isn't going to tweet "Many neo-Nazis embrace @HRW research against Israel."  Because he is interested in his anti-Israel narrative, not the truth.

Even worse is that Roth has ignored that Arabs have embraced actual Nazi ideology. The Protocols of the Elders of Zion and Nazi propaganda in Arabic is still sold at Arab book fairs, the blood libel is still mentioned in mainstream Arab newspapers, and the amount of blatant antisemitism in Palestinian media fills up the Palestinian Media Watch and MEMRI websites.

But Ken Roth isn't going to equate Arabs with the Nazis that they openly have admired at the highest levels. He only wants to equate Israelis with racism and bigotry, not Arabs who practice those very attributes every day, publicly, in their own media and public statements.

Once again, Ken Roth of Human Rights Watch shows that he is beneath contempt.

The article he links to, by Nada Elia, states the equivalence of Zionism and fascism as a flat truth. But she accidentally reveals her real agenda item in this one sentence:
If we are to gain anything from this critical moment, we absolutely must seize the opportunity offered us by white supremacists to foreground the similarities between fascism and Zionism.
White supremacists want to use their newfound affinity for Zionism for their own political purposes - and anti-Zionists want to use white supremacists' pretense to love Zionism to further their own political interests.

Nada Elia is acting just like the white supremacists are. And Ken Roth approves.

(By the way, Elia's Twitter handle is @NadaBDS. How twisted must one be to choose to dedicate one's entire online presence towards hating Israel? That's who Ken Roth chooses to feature.)

The virulently anti-Israel "Jewish Voice for Peace" has released a book that is ostensibly about antisemitism. But it doesn' ttake much to realize that the book is really about justifying the merciless criticism of the Jewish state, and only Israel, beyond any context and beyond criticism of any other country, as legitimate.

The foreword is by Judith Butler, the fundamentally dishonest academic who twists Judaism itself to find a philosophical framework for her hatred of Israel. She is also the person who absurdly called Hamas and Hezbollah "progressive."

Her foreword shows more of her duplicity in trying to reframe the question of what antisemitism is into the charge of how Zionists supposedly use the charge of antisemitism to silence criticism:

Given the contemporary framework in which the matter of antisemitism is discussed, the conflict about how to identify its forms (given that some forms are fugitive) is clearly heightened. The claim that criticisms of the State of Israel are antisemitic is the most highly contested of contemporary views. It is complex and dubious for many reasons. First: what is meant by it? Is it that the person who utters criticisms of Israel nurses antisemitic feelings and, if Jewish, then self-hating ones? That interpretation depends on a psychological insight into the inner workings of the person who expresses such criticisms. But who has access to that psychological interiority? It is an attributed motive, but there is no way to demonstrate whether that speculation is a grounded one. If the antisemitism is understood to be a consequence of the expressed criticism of the State of Israel, then we would have to be able to show in
concrete terms that the criticism of the State of Israel results in discrimination against Jews.
Already Butler is purposefully distancing herself from any definition of antisemitism that includes being against Israel. And one part of that definition is quite easy: opposition to the Jewish people's right to self determination. The more expansive definition is Natan Sharansky's 3D test: if the criticism is based on demonization, delegitimization and double standards it is antisemitic.

Naturally, Butler wants to obfuscate the issue rather than deal with it, because, well, she agrees with all three and she doesn't want to be called an antisemite.

Instead, she floats the straw man that some nefarious people are claiming that any criticism of Israel is antisemitism.
If modern democratic states have to bear criticism, even criticisms about the process by which a state gained legitimation, then it would be odd to claim that those who exercise those democratic rights of critical expression are governed only or predominantly by hatred and prejudice. We could just as easily imagine that someone who criticizes the Israeli state, even the conditions of its founding-coincident with the Nakba, the expulsion of 800,000 Palestinians
from their homes
-has a passion for justice or wishes to see a polity that embraces equality and freedom for all the people living there. In the case of Jewish Voice for Peace, Jews and their allies come together to demonstrate that Jews must reclaim a politics of social justice, a tradition that is considered to be imperiled by the Israeli state.
Here she uses the myth, and then she actually promulgates another myth. 800,000 Arabs were not expelled from their homes in 1948. Not even close. But Butler isn't interested in facts; she is interested in using big words to pretend that she is not avoiding the real issue of left-wing antisemitism such as is practiced by JVP.

Her zeal to divide antisemitism from anti-Zionism would be comical if only she was being honest. She admits that saying that Jews control the media and the banks is antisemitic; what about those who claim the "Zionists" do the same thing?  What about those who claim the Zionists control the US and other governments? I bet most of the authors in this collection believe that fervently.

Finally Butler gets to the crux of her misdirection:
So to answer the question, why is antisemitism attributed to those who express criticisms of the Israeli state?, we have to change the terms of the question itself. We have been asking, under what conditions can we decide whether or not the charge of antisemitism is warranted? What if we ask: What does the charge of antisemitism do? ...
When the charge of antisemitism is used to censor or quell open debate and the public exchange of critical views on the State of Israel, then it is not exactly communicating a truth, but seeking to rule out certain perspectives from being heard.
Butler's straw man is complete. No one is saying that all criticism of Israel is antisemitic, but her thesis that this is what is happening allows her to create an entirely new spurious charge: that critics of Israel are being silenced by false accusations of antisemitism.

Therefore, this preface to this volume supposedly about antisemitism is really showing that the book is about justifying modern antisemitism.

Indeed, the first essay by Antony Lerman starts off with his rejection of any definition of antisemitism that includes demonization, delegitimization and double standards concerning Israel:

For activists battling daily against the abuse of antisemitism to stifle free speech on Israel/Palestine, on university campuses and in Jewish religious and communal bodies of all kinds, it may seem something of a luxury to dwell on the reasons why contemporary understanding of antisemitism has become so politicized, bitterly contested, and controversial.
A look at the authors of essays in the volume show that every one is not just a critic of Israel but they question Israel's right to exist as a Jewish homeland:

Omar Barghouti? Linda Sarsour? Dima Khalidi? These are the experts on antisemitism that contribute to this volume?

As far as I can tell, only one writer here does not support boycotting Israel, and that is Shaul Magid. Everyone else seems to support it, meaning that they are guilty of double standards towards Israel (no one boycotts other countries nowadays.) So the entire book is an apologia on how singling out the Jewish state for punishment for crimes that, at worst, are committed by every other nation in active conflicts is not really antisemitic.

Moreover, the nature of the arguments visible from the preview available of the book indicates that the authors not only deny that any leftist criticism of Israel can possibly be antisemitic, but also that any Arab criticism of Israel can be antisemitic. A glance through this blog, Palestinian Media Watch and MEMRI shows hundreds of examples of explicit Arab antisemitism, so when Arabs cloak their criticism of Israel in human rights or international law terms, they are obviously masking their true motives. How many "progressive" critics of Israel share those same antisemitic motives? I can't say, but to ignore the issue altogether is not scholarship.

It is propaganda.

Today's unreported Arab antisemitism comes from a Tunisian writer, Sufian Ben Hassan, who writes in Al Watan Voice that the tiny amount of remaining Tunisian Jews are in fact the enemy of all proud Arab people.

He starts off by saying that the fact that so many Tunisian Jews left the country in the years after 1948, many to Israel, is proof positive that they were all really pro-Israel and anti-Arab all the time. The idea that the Tunisian government issued anti-Jewish laws after independence in 1956 and destroyed synagogues and Jewish cemeteries clearly is not a factor to Ben Hassan, who insists that the Tunisian Jews were always treated with full respect.

But what really gets Ben Hassan's blood boiling is the recent controversy over a Jewish French Tunisian comedian, Michel Boujenah, who was invited to perform at the International Festival of Carthage last month. Tunisian labor unions and and some prominent political figures were against his performance because he is pro-Israel, and at least one Tunisian Jewish community leader criticized those who were against his performance.

That fact is what Ben Hassan, in the tradition of all antisemites, uses to claim that all Tunisian Jews are therefore really little more than Israeli spies fighting against the nation that has treated them so well. "[The Jews] who remain today have strong ties to the enemy" he writes. even while he protests that he is not someone who groups all people in one bucket,  he calls all Tunisian Jews "a poisoned dagger in the hands of the enemy."

One of the ironies of Jew-haters is how they explicitly show their hate while at the same time protesting that they are not at all bigoted.

Notably, the protest against Michel Boujenah failed badly. Some 50 people screamed insults at the Tunisians who attended the performance, which was to a full house of 600 fans.

“A performance of shame,” shouted some 50 protesters outside the tightly guarded Carthage Museum. “Tunisia for all,” others retorted in support of the event’s host, Tunisian-born French comedian Michel Boujenah.
Boujenah, one of the thousands of native Tunisians with Jewish origins, became a controversial figure in his homeland after making statements in support of Israel. When it was announced that Boujenah would perform at the International Festival of Carthage this year, the event drew an unprecedented level of controversy and many called for it to be boycotted.
The show, titled “Ma vie Rêvée” (“My Dream Life”), ended up selling out, with many Tunisians rallying around the comedian’s right to express himself freely. Despite the presence of protesters outside the venue, Boujenah’s performance July 19 proceeded with few disturbances.
“I love you,” Boujenah said to the crowd near the end of his performance. “Tunisia is a small country without oil resources but it is a big nation with its people.”

More than 600 people attended the show. Some introduced themselves to The Arab Weekly as devoted fans of the stand-up comic. Others said they came to honour Boujenah and show their solidarity.
Not everything was peaceful and heartening. Regardless of the attendees’ intentions, they were subjected to a barrage of insults from dozens of angry protesters outside the venue.
“Zionists! Traitors,” demonstrators shouted
as police tried to keep them at a distance.

Remember after Trump won the election, how the media suddenly became so concerned about antisemitism? We were bombarded with editorials and op-eds about a sharp rise in Jew-hatred, insisting that Trump bore the brunt of responsibility.

You might have forgotten.

After it saw the potential in attacking Trump for alleged ties to Russia, the media apparently dropped the "Trump encourages antisemitism!" meme and decided to pursue a more promising line of attack.

But over the course of one week, from February 15 through 21, the media claimed antisemitism was on the rise because of Trump, and The Washington Post featured pieces such as these:
o Trump was asked a question about anti-Semitism. His answer was about the electoral college.
o A CNN panel debates the president’s anti-Semitism trump card: His daughter Ivanka
o President Trump thinks asking him to condemn anti-Semitism is ‘insulting.’ Why?
o Why was it so darned hard to get Trump to condemn anti-Semitism?
o A brief history of Donald Trump addressing questions about racism and anti-Semitism
Matters had gone so far that by March 8, David Bernstein wrote a piece at The Washington Post on how out of proportion the claims of a rise in antisemitism had become:
...I’ve been rather taken aback by the panic in the Jewish community over American anti-Semitism since Donald Trump won the election. The recent spate of hoax bombing threats to Jewish community centers and other Jewish institutions around the country has been a precipitating factor, but the fear is drastically out of proportion to the threat; no bombs have been found, and there are no indications that there is any real physical threat to Jews.
Meanwhile, from February 21 to 23, The New York Times chimed in with:
o At Jewish Cemetery, Seeking Answers Amid Heartbreak
o The New American Anti-Semitism
o When Hate Haunts a Graveyard
At the end of that month, Ira Stoll wrote about Trump’s Big Achievement: Making the New York Times Care About Antisemitism, noting that while there were 10 incidents of Jewish graveyard desecration from 2008 to 2016, only 2 of them were reported by The New York Times.

Well -- good news!

Judging by the media's change in focus over the last few months, antisemitism is apparently no longer a problem.

Or is it just that the media has gone back to ignoring antisemitism again?

That would explain the media's reaction to 2 actual cases of antisemitism, cases that cannot be blamed on Donald Trump.

Imam Ammar Shahin. Source: YouTube screenshot

On July 21, Imam Ammar Shahin delivered a sermon at the Islamic Center of Davis, northern California -- inciting hatred against Jews:
Allah does not change the situation of people 'until they change their own situation.' The Prophet Muhammad said: 'Judgment Day will not come until the Muslims fight the Jews, and the Jews hide behind stones and trees, and the stones and the trees say: Oh Muslim, oh servant of Allah...' They will not say: Oh Egyptian, oh Palestinian, oh Jordanian, oh Syrian, oh Afghan, oh Pakistani. The Prophet Muhammad says that they time will come, the Last Hour will not take place until the Muslims fight the Jews. We don't say if it is in Palestine or another place. Until they fight... When that war breaks out, they will run and hide behind every rock, and house, and wall, and trees. The house, the wall, and the trees will call upon the Muslims. It will say: Oh Muslim... It will not say: Oh Palestinian, oh Egyptian, oh Syrian, oh Afghan, oh Pakistani, oh Indian... No, it will say: Oh Muslim. Muslim. When Muslims come back... 'Come, there is someone behind me – except for the Gharqad tree, which is the tree of the Jews. Except for a certain tree that they are growing today in Palestine, in that area, except this form of tree, which they are growing today... That's the tree that will not speak to the Muslims. [emphasis added]
In that sermon, Shahin quotes a Hadith known for its inclusion by Hamas terrorists in their charter:
The hour of judgment shall not come until the Muslims fight the Jews and kill them, so that the Jews hide behind trees and stones, and each tree and stone will say: 'Oh Muslim, oh servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him,' except for the Gharqad tree, for it is the tree of the Jews." (Recorded in the Hadith collections of Bukhari and Muslim)

While he does not quote the last part about the trees telling Muslims to kill the Jews, Shahin's audience that day was likely familiar with the Hadith and could guess the point he was making, based on the rest of his sermon.

Jews in the area got the Imam's point too:
“He spelled out what he wishes for every Muslim who follows the Quran and the Hadith to follow what the Hadith says which is …find the Jews hiding behind trees and stones and kill them,” said Sorele Brownstein.

“To me, it’s clear this is direct incitement,” said Shmary Brownstein.

Rabbi Shmary Brownstein and his wife Sorele are the leaders of the Chabad in Davis. They say they’ve been on guard since the video was posted online. Their family is now being harassed by drivers passing by their home, which is also a house of worship.
Following the outcry over his sermon, and before his "apology" Shahin's gave an interview to CBS News -- and Shahin was not inclined to be apologetic:

The mosque where Shahin preaches was also not in an apologizing mood:
The mosque said in a statement Tuesday: “MEMRI, an extremist agenda driven organization that supports Israel’s occupation of Palestinian land, and other Islamophobic news organizations, accused Imam Shahin of anti-Semitism, quoting edited, mistranslated, passages of the sermon out of context.

If the sermon was misconstrued, we sincerely apologize to anyone offended,” it said. “We will continue our commitment to interfaith and community harmony.” [emphasis added]
Only after the outcry persisted, did Shahin finally apologize.

Meanwhile, on the same day Shahin preached against Jews, another California Imam, Mahmoud Harmoush, was praying for the destruction of Israel:

"Between World War I and World War II, so much of the immigration that came from Europe toward the Islamic world, whether North Africa or the Mediterranean area – Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and all of this... Muslims were opening their homes and saying: Those are our brethren, persecuted by the Christians in Europe. The Jews were coming from Germany, Poland, Italy, and everywhere else, and [the Muslims] would give them rooms, shelter them, and help them out, not knowing that there was a plan. Within the thirty years between the two incidents, until 1948 and the British occupation, everything was plotted to take over that beautiful land, in the way that we all know – with killing, crime, and massacres..."One brother sent me a video, showing a naked woman walking into the holy mosque under the occupation forces, just to insult more and more the psyche, honor, and dignity of the Muslims..."Allah wants us to have jihad in our lives, no matter what and where we are and what is happening. That's until in our hearts, we accept what is true and we reject what is false..."When you happen to be in Jerusalem, for example, around the holy mosque, and people are shooting you, putting you in the hospital, or killing you, you have to resist and fight back as much as you can. Otherwise our life will be meaningless..."Dear brothers and sisters, the conflict is not only in Palestine. They are going there, and they will be demanding that next..."I promise you, it is not only Palestine. If you are going to be like that, most of the Middle East, and even, as I said, Mecca and Medina...They will say: 'Muhammad has died. He left only daughters.' Muhammad died, and he left female children, who cannot fight. Then they will call, in their fighting: 'Oh, we will take revenge for Khaybar.' Where is Khaybar? They will go back to it. They will make every Muslim pay, one way or the other. Wake up, it is time to be a Muslim. Prayer is not the only thing..."Oh Allah, liberate the Al-Aqsa Mosque and all the Muslim lands from the unjust tyrants and the occupiers. Oh Allah, destroy them, they are no match for You. Oh Allah, disperse them, and rend them asunder. Turn them into booty in the hands of the Muslims. [emphasis]
Like Shahin, Harmoush, does not directly mention Israel; he directs their hatred -- and Allah's destruction -- toward Jews.

So how did the media -- the same media that was so concerned about antisemitism early in the year -- react to these antisemitic sermons?

The reaction of the Washington Post was not to report on the antisemitic sermon when it was actually given. Instead, the newspaper waited until after Shahin finally apologized.

At Legal Insurrection, David Gerstman wrote that the Washington Post whitewashes California Imam’s “Annihilate the Jews” sermon:
For a full week The Washington Post was silent about this crude anti-Semitism. Only a week later did the Post cover it and a number of things are readily apparent.
1. The Post only reported once Shahin offered a dubious apology.
2. The Post never reported on Harmoush’s sermon. Harmoush did not apologize.
3. The Post reported uncritically a false claim made by Shahin and one of his supporters.
4. The Post got an expert to reinterpret part of his sermon so that it was somewhat less offensive.
The first two items are related. The news, which was first reported by MEMRI, on July 21 was that two California imams gave virulently anti-Semitic speeches calling for the killing of the Jews. That was the news.
The false claim referred to is that Israel supposedly closed the Al Aqsa Mosque. The truth is that it was closed at first after Arab terrorists killed 2 Israeli guards at the Temple Mount, while Israel finished its investigation. The Al Aqsa Mosque was then reopened, but Muslims were urged by the Waqf not to enter, because of the cameras and metal detectors installed for security.

The expert reinterpretation referred to was done by Nair Harb Michel, who basically substituted "desecrations of the Jews" for "filth of the Jews" and "defeat each of them" for "annihilate them".

Gerstman also notices that the reporter, Boorstein, acknowledges receiving a statement from Shahin on Wednesday -- 2 days before her article came out -- but held off until Shahin officially offered his public "apology". Again, The Washington Post appeared more interested in the damage control than in reporting about the kind of antisemitism they were apparently so keen on reporting earlier this year.

But regardless of how you translate the sermon, the fact remains that Shahin quoted a Hadith  which clearly describes, if not encourages, killing Jews.

The Washington Post was not the only newspaper to play down the threatening nature of Shahin's sermon.

CAMERA noted that the Sacramento Bee Sanitizes Anti-Semitic Sermon. Among the criticisms made about the newspaper story:
o The Sacramento Bee  reported the sermon's content as "Islamic texts about an end-times battle," deliberately concealing from its readers Shahin's actual language about Muslims fighting Jews.
o The Sacramento Bee reported that Mosque officials claimed the imam was mistranslated and thus taken out of context, yet in his sermon Shahin made statements about a "corrupted" Jewish Torah and the "Muslims fight the Jews," which were made in English and clearly illustrate his intent.
o The reporter, Anita Chabria, asked University of California, Berkeley, Near East professor Hatem Bazian to check the MEMRI translation, which he said "missed nuanced distinctions". However, CAMERA notes that Bazian:

is the founder of the radical anti-Israel group Students for Justice in Palestine, slurs Israel as an apartheid state, and is affiliated with, and fund-raised for, groups and individuals that have illegally financed Hamas, a designated terror organization committed to Israel's destruction.

CAMERA also refers to MEMRI, which notes that Shahin's sermon from the previous week was along the same antisemitic lines:
May Allah protect the Al-Aqsa Mosque from the harm of the Jews. Oh Allah, protect our brothers in the land of Palestine. Oh Allah, let us pray in the Al-Aqsa Mosque before we die. Oh Allah, allow Jerusalem to be liberated. Oh Allah, liberate the Al-Aqsa Mosque from the filth of the Jews. Oh Allah, show us the wonders of Your ability that you inflict upon them. Oh Allah, show us the black day that You inflict upon them. Oh Allah, show us the black day that You inflict upon those who wish ill upon [the Al-Aqsa] Mosque. Oh Allah, keep them preoccupied with one another, and make a deterrent example out of them. Oh Allah, count them one by one and destroy them down to the very last one. Do not spare any of them. Oh Allah, destroy them and do not spare their young or their elderly. Oh Allah, show us the black day that You inflict upon those who occupy Palestine. Oh Allah, show us the wonders of Your ability that you inflict upon them. Oh Allah, turn Jerusalem and Palestine into a graveyard for the Jews.
On the other hand, The New York Times settled for a bare-bones report about the sermon, provided by the Associated Press. It noted:
In a July 21 sermon, Shahin condoned the annihilation of Jews and those restricting access to the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The truth of course is that Shahin did not condone the annihilation of Jews -- he was encouraging it. His apology is noted, but leaves unclear how an imam can talk about annihilating Jews yet can apologize -- and apparently have his apology accepted.

As opposed to The Washington Post (30 paragraphs) and the Sacramento Bee (23 paragraphs) which go into depth in their whitewash of Shahin's sermon, The New York Times uses the AP story, which amounts to playing down the incident in 9 short paragraphs, as if the whole thing is not worth the reader's attention.

How did Jew-hatred suddenly become so unworthy of being considered a news item?

Trump should only be so lucky.

The EU coordinator on combating anti-Semitism, Katharina von Schnurbein, met with one of the leading purveyors of antisemitism in the PLO, Hanan Ashrawi, where she was told that Israeli Jews are the real racists.

Yes, this really happened.

One day after a meeting in the Knesset where von Schnurbein said that she recognized that anti-Semitism often lies behind anti-Zionism, she met with Exhibit A.

And Ashrawi didn't disappoint, going on a rant about "the racist culture of hatred that is being fed by the occupying power."

It will be recalled that Ashrawi's Miftah organization had articles on its website that said that Jews eat matzoh made with Christian blood on Passover, and defended it, calling me names for exposing it, before the world media started to notice it and Miftah then "apologized" (but only in English, while the antisemitic article was in Arabic.)

After that I discovered that Miftah also questioned whether there were any Jewish Temples in Jerusalem, that it supported terror attacks and glorified suicide bombers, It also condemns any sort of programs that encourage dialogue between Palestinians and Israeli Jews as "normalization," in direct opposition to the EU which funds several such programs.

But years after I exposed these antisemitic articles, and after the US and EU continue to fund Hanan Ashrawi's Miftah, is there still antisemitism on their website?

Of course there is!

This article says "History has taught us that the culture and mentality of Judaism is a culture of complaint and accusation against the other (goyim)"

The article goes on to say that the Talmud is a racist work, but the quotes it uses to prove that actually show how the Palestinians do not want to accept Jewish history. The article quotes the Talmud as saying "Why is Israel compared to an olive tree? To learn that just as the olive tree does not lose its leaves in the summer or in the winter, so too the children of Israel will never disappear completely from this world or the next." You can see how that would be offensive!

Or similarly, a medrash that says that God compared all the cities of the world to place the Temple and He chose Jerusalem. This is another example of "Jewish racism" which in fact reveals that Palestinian Arabs refuse to accept historical facts of the Temples in Jerusalem and the Jewish nation.

Oh, and it praises Holocaust denier Roger Garaudy.

This article castigates the US for passing a bill to monitor antisemitism, saying that the Arabs are the only Semites.

This article falsely says that major Israeli rabbis routinely call for genocide against all Palestinians. They sometimes call for God to destroy terrorists and those who want to see Israel destroyed, but not "genocide against Palestinians."

So, yes, the EU's official in charge of fighting antisemitism decided that it would be useful to get the perspective of someone whose organization has been responsible for spreading antisemitism.

And as the photo shows, the visit was not meant to be ironic.

From Palestinian Media Watch:
In honor of Ramadan, Fatah TV broadcast a cartoon series for young children that presents Jews as the representatives of several satans, fighting battles for these satans, and doing their work on earth. The educational message to Palestinian children is that the satans are scheming to fight and destroy Muhammad, and in order to succeed in this, they use the Jews to fight Muhammad.

The series shows the satans (who oppose Muhammad) being upset that the Jewish tribes left Medina without fighting Muhammad, thus enabling Muhammad an unopposed victory. One of the satans then plants the idea in the minds of the Jews to organize all the tribes to fight against Muhammad so that the Jews can regain their prestige. This plan succeeds because the satan knows "the burning hate and loathing of Muhammad and his supporters, that fills the hearts of the Jews."

Finally, viewers are taught that Muhammad was preparing for battle by digging trenches to protect himself from the Jews, even though he already had a treaty with them because, as one Muslim explains: "Since when do Jews keep their treaties?"

The text of the first part of the cartoon will be relevant to my speech being given Sunday night in Jerusalem.
Muslim man: "Prophet [Muhammad] agreed [that the Jews] would leave with their possessions, but not their weapons, so they would not fight with the [weapons] again."
Muslim boy: "So we drove them out without fighting. What a great victory...Praise and thanks to Allah..."
Satan 1: "We (i.e., Jews and satans) suffered a defeat from one of the soldiers of Allah, who we have no power over."
Satan 2: "What sort of soldier was it, my lord? I didn't see any fighting in this raid."
Satan 1: "It was 'fear' (i.e., Allah's soldier) that defeated the Jews and caused them to leave their lands [in Medina] in shame and disgrace, and it's what prevented me from going down to make them fight... Yes, satan. Don't you see that my hands are shaking [from 'fear']? ..."
Muslim man: "The Jews left while playing flutes and drums. How strange!"
Muslim boy: "They did not want to show their frustration over the defeat, [and behaved] as if they had won. May Allah humiliate them."
You can guess what the theme will be....

Today's example of blatant antisemitism in Arab newspapers comes from Al Jarida in Kuwait, which headlines an article "Jews: Top Terrorists."

In case you think this is about "Zionists," the photograph should set you straight:

The article goes through history to "prove" that Jews have been the ultimate and original terrorists, going back to the times of Joshua up until today's ISIS terrorism which is of course, we are told, connected to Jews.

The article starts its proofs by quoting a Midrash that "the Book and the sword descended from Heaven entwined together." This is proof, to the author, that violence is inherent in Judaism. (The point of the midrash is that the Book is meant to conquer the Sword, or alternatively if the Jews didn't accept the Book, then the Jews will be punished with the sword.)

We then learn that the Talmud identified terrorism as a legitimate tool to get what Jews demand.

Jews are identified as anti-Roman terrorists as well. The Jews who committed suicide at Masada were anti-Roman terrorists as well, and since the legend says that they first killed the women and children before killing themselves then this is more proof of their terrorism. When the IDF sends soldiers to Masada, according to the article, it is to imbue them with this tradition of Jewish terrorism.

See? It is all so obvious!

I have been talking about Ali Gad's series of articles at Al Ahram, Egypt's most highly circulated newspaper. He is pretending to prove that Jews have been plotting to take over the world since Talmudic times.

Part 4 was published last week, and Ali Gad said that Jews orchestrated World War II and other wars for economic reasons.

In part 5, published today, Gad says

[Jews] seek to demolish the governments in all countries, and replace them with Jewish autocratic governments, and create the environment for this, including: the temptation of kings and rulers against persecuted peoples, and the lure of the peoples to rebel against them, using the principles of liberty, equality and the like, with a particular interpretation meant to hurt both sides, and trying to keep all of government power and strength against the hostile people, and to keep both of them in the permanent fear of the other, and the corruption of government and leaders of the people... The most important elements of control are throwing the seeds of discord and unrest in all countries by secret political, religious, artistic and sports associations and Masonic lodges and clubs of different activities, and move the nations of tolerance to political and religious extremism...all this with a stick to keep the Jewish nation above the fray, according to the protocols, making people into herds of cattle, while international leaders are only pawns in the hands of Jews...
This is what is being published in mainstream Egyptian media. Today and every week. From a country that gets billions of dollars in international aid.

But this is not newsworthy, apparently.

The World Zionist Organization publishes a monthly roundup of antisemitic activities worldwide. Here are some from March that I had missed during the month.

March 3, Thessaloniki - A rally against the new electronic “card of citizen” gathered hundreds of people in front of the oversized statue of Alexander the Great in Nea Paralia of Thessaloniki, reports journalist Sofia Christoforidou.

Laypeople and members of the Greek Orthodox organization “Agios Vasileios” protested the “instruments of Antichrist and the New World Order” holding religious icons, banners, Greek and Byzantine flags. One of the banners featured the message: “No to the card of citizen. There is only one enemy: The international Zionism.”

Antisemitic publications with titles like “The Jewish-Zionist vampire Soros is thirsty for Greek blood” were available for purchase during the demonstration. The protesters shouted slogans against “the Jewish” Mayor of Thessaloniki, Yiannis Boutaris.

One of the speakers was the excommunicated Abbot Methodios, who at a similar rally in Athens a few weeks ago threatened the Jews with a “Greek Hitler”. In Thessaloniki, he suggested again that the Christians are enslaved by “the Jews”. He also said that the Jews “were cannibals, when the Greeks were building Parthenons.” His Jew-hate rant was warmly applauded, reports Sofia Christoforidou.

March 6, Berlin – a 27-year-old man broke a glass bottle on the head of a 75-year-old man near subway station Walther-Schreiber-Platz.

Police said that at around 19:00, a 75-year-old man sat near the young man on the platform at the subway station. The young man began to shout antisemitic insults at him and showed him antisemitic symbols. Later, he hit him in the head with a glass bottle, and the older man was slightly injured.

March 22, Toronto - According to the Toronto Police Service 2015 Annual Hate/Bias Crime Statistical Report, the number of hate crimes that were directed against the Jewish community last year was the largest compared to other communities.

The Jewish community is followed on the list by the black community, the LGBT community and the Muslim community.

France, March 9 - The leader of the Jewish community in France denounced Monday what he called the ‘’unbearable’’ situation of Jewish children ‘’who suffer physical and verbal abuse at public school.’’

In an interview with radio channel Europe 1 ahead of the annual dinner of CRIF, the political representative body of French Jews, Roger Cukierman declared : ‘’In many schools, Jewish children are beaten, insulted because they are Jewish.

‘’This is the reason why today out of fear only one third of Jewish children go to public school,’’ said the CRIF President.

The official Fatah Facebook page these cartoons in the wake of Paris.

The first is merely accusing Israel of partnering with ISIS on the attacks:

The second has the same theme, but this time it accuses Jews of the terror attack:

Here is an older cartoon from Fatehmedia.ps showing a Jew using a menorah to ignite a Palestinian baby:

We've seen a similar theme as Fatah blamed all Jews for the death of the Dawabshe baby:

The official PA daily Al Hayat al Jadida also used the menorah theme to indicate that Jews own the media, in this cartoon about how Arab countries aren't condemning Jews visiting the Temple Mount:

Again, this is not Islamic Jihad or Hamas. This is the ruling party of the PA that the world community has decided is far more moderate and peace-minded than the Israeli government.

It isn't just incitement. It is Jew-hatred.

Egyptian newspaper Masr11 wants to have Egyptian intelligence take over protection of ancient sites like the Pyramids, so as to protect them from Jews who want to steal or destroy or co-opt them as Jewish.

Egypt's 24.com says quotes a Salafi preacher who says that the Muslim Brotherhood corrupts Islam the way that Jews have corrupted their own religion.

Rassd, on the other hand, quotes ISIS in Egypt as saying that the Egyptian military has been defending Jewish and Zionist interests, accusing them of apostasy for doing the will of their Jewish masters.

Al Bayan of the UAE says that Temples are a myth created by Jews to take over Islamic sites. He also says that the Holocaust is "partly" a myth.

This is all in 24 hours, and not including the story I posted earlier accusing Jews of fomenting hatred between Algeria and Morocco.

The beginning of this article in Boraq News by Abdullah bin Abdul Mohsin Sultan of King Saud University sets the tone:

Jews have historically been responsible for the deployment of all that is evil and all that is abusive; that they are the scourge of the people is proven by the fact that they are behind each and every vice and immorality.

Now that we got that out of the way, we can get to Sultan's main point, which is that the Jewish control of the media is maent to corrupt innocent Muslims. "Because of Jewish money and the media, they do spit venom through movies and television programs...they are really from the demons of human beings, and our battle with them will not stop."

He has proof! "Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon says 'It is not as much fun to kill your enemy with your hands, when your enemy can kill himself with his hand or the hand of his brother, it is a much greater pleasure!'"

Can't argue with that!

Sultan also has this quote: "The Jewish founder of Whatsapp was asked on TV: 'Why have you made Whatsapp available for free among Arabs when you know they are murderers who are the most dangerous enemy of the State of Israel ??' He replied: "we have a program to enter every house without permission and we will destroy their young before their youth with their own hands while we are watching them from afar."

Sounds legit!

But Sultan's main object of scorn is the TV talent show Star Academy, which he claims is also Jewish:
This professional program aims to degrade Muslim youth of morality and modesty, and the erosion of their values, customs and Islamic traditions which are the backbone of the Islamic community and to and keep them away from their religion and even destroy it in their minds and in the ethics of his followers, and the elimination of religious zeal and Islamic values they have. This is because the content of the program includes addressing instincts and emotions spreading moral corruption, which is forbidden and contrary to the public taste. And the targeting of women, especially Muslim, by the Jews is clear. The "Star Academy" Arabic program has proved to be created for corruption in the land and the demolition of Islamic values. ... Moreover, the program is an insult directed to those who participate in it or watch it, ... it is the media malice of the Jews.
He goes on to blame Jews for Arabs celebrating Valentine's Day, New Years and April Fools Day.

The Jewish influence in the Arab world is truly awesome. Their obsession with Jews proves it.

More "anti-Zionism" from Israel's peace partners. From Amad.ps, in a column entitled "Jews are Jews" we are told:

  • Jews betray a friend before betraying their enemies
  • Jews are demons of the earth
  • Jews believe that Allah is poor and they are rich;
  • "Is there a human who is uglier than them?"
  • Jews are global terror leaders, and professors of sedition, and senior criminals.
  • Jews are scientists in the art of torturing humans and killing them and burning them;
  • Jews are Zionist settlers, prostitutes, tyrants and dissolute infidels;
  • Their hearts are harsher than rock
  • Jew lie and slander and engage in calumny against God Almighty
  • They take your money and heavy taxes paid by US citizen for the benefit of the Jews
  • Jews consider the entire world to be their slaves
  • God Almighty is witness that they are the killers
Good to know!

From Palwatch:

Sheikh Khaled Al-Mughrabi, who teaches Islam twice a week in the Al-Aqsa Mosque on the temple Mount in Jerusalem, taught in his most recent class that Jews own 95% of the pharmaceutical industry and therefore train doctors to create new diseases in order to increase profits for the industry:

According to what is told about the Rothschild family, they own more than half of the world's wealth... There are approximately 950,000 billion dollars in the world. Out of this amount, 500,000 billion dollars belong to the Rothschild family. The Rothschild family owns the World Bank, which gives loans to countries, not to private individuals or to organizations, it gives [loans] to countries. For instance, if Egypt wants a loan, it will take it from the World Bank. The World Bank is owned by the Rothschild family. The Rothschild family are Freemasons. At the End of Days they will fight God alongside the Antichrist...

They own about 95% of the world's pharmaceutical industry. Why do I mention the pharmaceutical industry? Many diseases were created in labs - viruses created by doctors who were bought, trained and taught by the Rothschild family, the Freemasons, the Zionists, or the Jews to create and spread disease so they will be able to sell medicine for it. More than 95% of the pharmaceutical industry and the pharmaceutical trade is owned by the Children of Israel.”

It's nice to know that they update the "jews poisoning the wells" canard every once in a while.

Monday, May 18, 2015

Dr. Sami Al-Emam, professor of Judaism and an "expert" of Zionist ideology at Egypt's Al Azhar University, spoke to Jordan's Dostor newspaper about - what else - how evil Jews are.

He says that Israel has secret maps showing their ambition to take over all Arab lands from the Nile to the Euphrates. The turmoil in Iraq, Syria and Yemen is, naturally, the Jews' fault and foretold in the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. Israel is "demonic."

One of the illustrations of the article shows the Rothschilds' evil tentacles.

This is all positively moderate compared to his personal blog.

There, this "expert" asserts that the blood libel is completely true, but that the Jews don't kill non-Jewish children for their blood any more after the Russians and Germans found out and retaliated by murdering millions.

From Sulayman Ushayhib Ali Al-Faqir, writing in Jordanian site Assawsana:

On every Friday, in all the (Hashemite) Kingdom’s mosques, at the end of every Friday sermon, we hear the dear preachers say “Oh Allah, destroy the Jews and those who follow them/are friends with them”.

Truth be told, I have some reservations regarding this saying, but I think that we are cursing the Muslims and the Arabs.

When we interpret this sentence, cursing those who support/are friends with/allied with the Jews – well, we (Jordan) and some (Arab) countries have a peace treaty (with Israel). Therefore we must not curse ourselves, while we have diplomatic and trade ties (with Israel), security exchange (of information) and private visits.

As for the word “Jews”: it is the group that is now centered in the state of the Israeli entity in plundered Palestine. As for the word “muwalaa” (being friends with, allied to, close to), it means that you are friends with/allied with/close to them (the Jews) because of their deeds and their conduct, and you are content with their killing (of Arabs), their loathsome crimes against the Palestinian people, and we are silent in the face of crimes being committed from time to time against the innocent (Palestinian) people, who have no weapons and no state.

I hereby ask the Minister of Religious Endowments to instruct the dear preachers to change the sentence (“Oh Allah, destroy the Jews and those who follow them/are friends with them”) and say instead “Oh Allah, destroy the Jews because of their deeds”.
Every Friday, in every Jordanian mosque, there are calls for genocide against Jews! And the article implies that this is a decision from a Jordanian government minister!

In some science-fiction, alternate universes, this might be considered newsworthy.

A Google search of the phrase "اللهم عليك باليهود ومن ولاهم" "Oh Allah, destroy the Jews and those who are associated with them," gets 31,000 hits.

The Palestinian Teachers Association in Lebanon is intended to provide support, guidance and news for its members. Its goals include defending the rights of teachers, improving their economic and social conditions, sharing knowledge and skills, to work on the development and activation of the teachers union in UNRWA and to help the development of UNRWA schools.

I believe that every Palestinian teacher in Lebanon works for a UNRWA school, since Lebanese anti-Palestinian apartheid laws do not allow Palestinians to live outside their UNRWA-run camps nor do they allow Palestinian teachers get jobs in regular Lebanese schools.

The association website, written by and edited by these UNRWA teachers, includes many examples of explicit antisemitism and even Holocaust denial. The logo itself shows how interested the association is in co-existence with Israel.

Haitham Kawash, teacher at the UNRWA Salamah school in Sidon, encourages violent Jihad against "cowardly Jews" to free all of Palestine.

Dr. Mohammed Yasser Amr, in an article recommending the establishment of a curriculum of "refugee studies," asserts that the jihad of science and knowledge is no less important than the jihad of weapons. (That makes him a moderate.)

This article discusses whether Jews have the right to live in Israel, and concludes "For what purpose do the children of Israel want the blessed land now, where they no longer have any role except (spreading) corruption on earth?"

Another article traces the history of racist Judaism, saying among many other things that "Jewish racism preceded the racism in Europe by several centuries because its roots go back to the Torah and the Talmud."

Here's one that falsely claims that the Talmud calls non-Jews pigs and wild dogs and instructs Jews to kill disbelievers.

A recent article denouncing the visit to Auschwitz by a Palestinian teacher and his students says "I do not consider the Holocaust a massacre against the Jews only, victims of the Holocaust were Jews, homosexuals and the mentally ill physically disabled and others, but [the teacher] did not mention that traitors and spies were among those targeted by Hitler, and we emphasize that fact, and also emphasize that the number of all of those [killed] did not exceed one million, and the targeting of Jews did not have a religious background, but also for sexual deviations and mental illness and the charge of treason, so why do a pilgrimage to the graves of traitors and perverts? "

There are many more such articles being promoted and written by Lebanese Palestinian teachers in UNRWA schools.  I could not find a single article that was sympathetic to Jews.

We see that the problem of bigoted, antisemitic teachers employed by UNRWA is not limited to Gaza, but is throughout the entire UNRWA system. Is there any doubt that Syrian and Jordanian UNRWA schoolteachers are just as bad as those in the territories and Lebanon?

UNRWA has been teaching hate against Jews for decades. It has been telling students that Israel must be destroyed for decades. As I documented previouslyUNRWA teachers taught generations of Palestinian Arabs that "return" was the only acceptable option. This was documented in a monograph that noted that in Lebanon in the late 1950s:
Children in the physical education classes at the UNRWA schools exercised to the chant of a-w-d-a (return)
A UNRWA principal in 1961 described his school's curriculum to journalist Martha Gellhorn:
In our school, we teach the children from their first year about their country and how it was stolen from them. I tell my son of seven. You will see: one day a man of eighty and a child so high, all, all will go home with arms in their hands and take back their country by force.
There is a direct line from UNRWA teacher radicalism and terror attacks happening today. We've proven just this week that UNRWA is not interested in reforming or admitting mistakes in its huge education system -  instead it does everything it can to cover them up. But they can't hide the hate. It is in plain sight for those willing to do the research.

UNRWA's latest commissioner general Pierre Krähenbühl has been given many opportunities to address and fix the issues of UNRWA teacher hate and antisemitism I revealed over the past two weeks. He chooses not to, and instead simply ensures that embarrassing websites that prove UNRWA's teaching of hate and tacitly encouraging terror are simply deleted, hoping that the mainstream media will not pick up on this story. So far, his gamble is paying off...but it won't forever.

He cannot delete the websites that are not under UNRWA control. He cannot delete the Facebook and Twitter accounts of UNRWA teachers that reveal their Jew-hatred every day. He cannot hide the truth. The fact that he has tried to do exactly that is all the proof you need that UNRWA is an inherently corrupt institution.

Its donors may be interested in knowing this.

Given that there is no way the UNRWA education system is going to fix itself, and its role in churning out generations of children who are being taught to hate, It is way past time to dismantle this sick institution whose only remaining  purpose is to keep the cash flow coming.
